Olde Dominion Tavern

A group of thirteen ladies came to celebrate as several of us had close birthdays. We were seated in a back room that opened to the patio. It was so nice that we were able to have the space to ourselves. Our server, Matt, was so attentive and accommodating. He managed our large group with ease. The drinks and food came out in great timing and everything was delicious. My steak and brussels salad was really good! And I could tell from the cleared plates that all enjoyed their meals. The birthday girls were able to choose a birthday shot or dessert…what a special treat! The group was also able celebrate with a champagne toast courtesy of the restaurant. Clean, nice staff, unbelievably slow. We ordered a hamburger and steak and eggs at 3:35. It was brought out at 4:15-4:20. Hardly anyone else was in the restaurant. One guy at the bar. Maybe 3 other patrons and a party that had already ended.

We have yet to have one single bad item off the menu and have just about ordered the whole menu at different sittings. The chicken sandwich was amazing. The chili is out of this world. And as steak snob it’s always come out perfect. Literally a hidden gem. Consistently great food and service.

Met my family here, this was about halfway between Winchester and Alexandria. We scheduled our meet up a little later than the normal lunch hour (1:15) to accommodate 7 people. Roberta(our waitress) was friendly and attentive. Her suggestions of Shrimp & Grits and Crab Cake Eggs Benedict we're spot on. We ordered wings and the hush puppies for appetizer and they were tasty.
Overall the restaurant was quiet and you could tell can get crowded and hopping during the dinner rush.
We'll be back to test the theory.

We enjoyed our Sunday brunch experience, service was fast and friendly. There is plenty of seating, as well as a dog friendly patio. I had the blueberry lemon pancakes with the prosecco and they were very good.

We stopped by Olde Dominion Tavern after visiting a nearby vineyard and decided to sit at the bar to catch a game. Laikan took great care of us — super friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the wine list was surprisingly good for a casual tavern. We only snacked on the truffle fries, but they were delicious and perfectly crisp. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely come back for a chill hangout.

Had dinner with my mother at this restaurant today. Walked in right before the happy hour bogo ended and secured some delicious appetizers the coconut shrimp and the hot honey bourbon wings always so so so delicious. For our main entrees we got the Battlefield Burger, Wing Night Special which is such an amazing deal and the kids cheeseburger slides. Everything was so so amazing and our server Roberta was so lovely! Great deals and amazing food!!

I came here for a wedding after party while visiting Virginia. I got a ribeye medium-rare, came out perfect, tasted amazing.

I’ve been frequenting Olde Dominion Tavern for our networking events for the past several months and they have always provided excellent service, tasty food and amazing atmosphere. Gabi and Joey were phenomenal tonight and I most definitely will be back!

Absolutely LOVE this restaurant!! The food options were classics with super fun twists, the drinks were fabulous as well. I chose the white wine mussels (they have a very delicious twist on the classic recipe) and a few of their seasonal cocktails. Not only did the food come out fast but it was made to perfection. My server, Gabbi, was so sweet and attentive. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their drink and dinner menu!!
