Absolutely terrible experience at Papa John's. The service was painfully slow, and the staff seemed indifferent to customers waiting in line. When I finally got my order, the pizza was cold, lacked toppings, and tasted nothing like what I'd expect from this brand. The atmosphere was chaotic, with poor cleanliness, making the whole experience unpleasant. Honestly, this place deserves no stars, but if I have to, it gets a generous 0.01 out of 5. Avoid at all costs. I would rate this lower but one star is the lowest it will let me go. The guy with the avatar haircut was not doing anything to help me at the front and had his pink airpods instead.
Parking: There is a lot of parking here.

Entered the store and didn’t even get recognized while the lady played with the boxes on the heat rack for several minutes. Had to call them out to hand me my pizza that was ready. Worst pizza I have gotten from this place tonight. NY style pizza didn’t have enough sauce and not enough cheese to cover the sauce. The cheese sticks were the same in lacking enough cheese to even cover the bread. Saving a few cents of ingredients caused me to never come back to this place.

I I used to love this place. Unfortunately, the 4 last times I have placed orders (1 for a pool party, 2nd gathering at home 3rd teens wanting pizza and 4th a poker party) my orders otherwise phone and on the app, have gone through and been processed to find out 1hr later that no delivery has been done, no call to informed me about cancelation or delay, just no show and no food for the parties I've had. I kept giving the benefit of trying one more time. But unfortunately, today, after speaking to the manager of the store at noon, I was told by him that it was too bad that that happened, but he had more things to do and take care of the store, than to listen to me. I informed him that I have had my orders canceled for the past 4 times, and he claimed it had nothing to do with him. I even mentioned, "Please look at your system it may be something there because having 4 orders accepted, getting a receipt and delivery confirmation, and not getting them delivered its not normal." especially back to back. I asked him to confirm if he was the manager, and he said yes, did not share his name, and added he was too busy. I said thanks for your help. I will share my review, and he said, ok. It's truly sad when a great place goes south and management doesn't even care. I'm not coming back for a next time.

It's truly sad when a great place goes south and management doesn't even care.

One thing to be aware of - not all types of pizzas are available in the largest (16") size. Other than that, everything was fine. I ordered two, paid in cash, and they were ready for pick up exactly when the counter told me they would be. That certainly is not the case with some of the competitors.
We ordered one well done pizza, with the hopes of having it at a local establishment (Great Mane). Soggy and gross, couldn’t pull one piece from another. Walked it back to Papa Johns and less than stellar service, I hope to get my money back. Dominos is cheeper and better!
