Pho broth had too much star anise to the point it was all I tasted. The noodles broke apart into inch long pieces as soon as I tried to eat them. There is far better Pho at Pho Sapa in Manassas.

I ordered the vegetable pho twice in one day because the first order of broth was overflowing with OIL. The second one arrived and it too was insurmountably oily. Both times the broth had an inedible amount of oil. And I paid full price both times. The container was actually oily too and no matter what I tried I couldn’t get the oil out of the broth. That’s how much oil there was, that it was spilling all over the outside of the container. I had to wash my hands with dish soap after. I couldn’t eat either of the broths. Really disappointed.

Price is not too high for this area. However all the beef seems to be on the overcooked side.

:(
Ordered on door dash, later came to Google reviews and noticed the other reviews about the quality of the food. We were disappointed in the broth, it just tasted like I was eating a cinnamon and clove soup with dry beef. We couldn’t get past that flavor and couldn’t enjoy eating the pho. This place is relatively new, I remember when they first opened. We live close by that’s why I chose this place. I noticed the reviews were good closer to when they first opened? Hopefully they can get the quality of their food back up but for now we won’t be reordering..

I I would never go back. The broth tasted like sugar dissolved in warm water, and the sauce bowls on the table were so dirty that I couldn't tell when they'd been cleaned. I asked the server for pepper powder, but he didn't seem to understand.

The place is nice.
Staff was friendly.
Disappointed in the food.
I had really high hopes for this place as it is closer to where we live. I went in specifically for beef tendon in the Pho per online menu and they didn’t have it.

Pork bao- taste bad, bun was too tough to eat and it was a frozen product you could get from the Asian grocery store to reheat in microwave.
Pork & shrimp spring rolls- this was decent but filling was not flavorful.
Beef Pho soup- broth tasted like something from a pho soup pack mix.
Chicken pho soup- broth was close to American taste, not authentic.
Bánh mì sandwich- beef was dry and it was drenched in mayo
Shrimp vermicelli bowl - decent

I had the chicken Banh Mi, summer rolls, and a Bao Bun — and everything was absolutely delicious! The flavors were fresh, bold, and perfectly balanced. Each bite of the Banh Mi was packed with juicy, tender chicken and crisp veggies. The summer rolls were light and refreshing, and the dipping sauce took them to the next level. The Bao Bun was soft, fluffy, and so satisfying. I left feeling full and super happy — such a great meal!

Strange grey chicken on Bahn Mi & this is when paying for extra chicken! Skip this place ⏭️

There’s something sacred about a good bowl of pho—its depth, warmth, and harmony offer comfort like few dishes can. I’ve enjoyed pho in well over a 100+ Vietnamese restaurants across the country, and what this place served doesn’t even qualify as a distant relative.

Let’s start with the setting: my table was dirty and reeked of stale food. That alone should’ve sent me running. Then came the bowl—if you can call it that. The broth was flat, aggressively salty, and completely devoid of nuance. The noodles? Clumped together in a pasty, unappetizing mess. The meat was so tough and rubbery I wouldn’t have fed it to a stray dog. Even the garnish—wilted bean sprouts and dried basil—looked like it had been prepped days ago and left out to die.

I couldn’t stomach more than a few bites. This was, without exaggeration, THE WORST PHO I’ve ever had. A complete failure of execution, care, and culinary understanding. Places like this do a disservice to Vietnamese cuisine—and frankly, to the idea of running a restaurant at all.

Avoid at all costs.

Picture says it all. We got a day old meat, not only dry and blend also COLD. Spring roll is NOT Vietnamese spring roll - it’s frozen one with gooey texture inside. The dish looks nothing like authentic Vietnamese food. First time excited to try but very disappointed to see new shop in Haymarket town not even trying for good enough quality.

The soup here is not authentic pho. The soup is watery and tasteless. It’s warm salt water. I was not a fan at all. The meat was stale and dry. I am pregnant and didn’t want to go all the way to centreville for a good pho soup so I ordered from here and regret it! Now I can’t even smell pho without getting nauseous. This place is terrible.
