Elizabeth knows my drink and makes it perfectly every single time. It’s been a couple years now and I always know it’s going to be exactly the way I like it! Very rude, and when I asked a question about whether she heard me she acted like I was wasting their time. Also when I got my order it wasn’t even filled half way and barely stirred. Definitely won’t be coming back
Every single time I order the tea I like, they mess it up and give me the wrong thing. Honestly I save more time driving over the the store by Walmart than waiting for the slow service then ultimately having to wait for them to remake it.

Consistently wait almost 30 minute for drink. Ordered at 8:46a, app said should be ready at 8:57a and finally received drink at 9:11a. Had my breakfast sandwich ready, but now it’s cold as I had to wait 15 minutes for the drink. I wouldn’t write this review but it’s literally every time I come here. Sucks it’s the only one with app orders in the area

The lady helping us had a terrible attitude and when I asked a simple question she got defensive and said a mean comment. On top of that she had a aggressive tone. Even made the wrong drink that was 3/4s ice. Never coming back to this location.
