I have been coming here for years and this place is by far the best subway in the area. Customer service is always off the charts and they never disappoint. I have seen folks mistreat these employees due to language barriers despite the staff always being cordial. Hats off to Narayan and his team for always delivering a great meal to me and my family.

Doors locked at 9:54 PM web says closes at 10. Rushed to get there from ball practice.
Customer service 0 out of 10 come in for my sandwich and he didn't wanna give any olives asked for more and he said no. I told him I would pay for more but he refused and said I can have more meat or cheese but no more olives

This is my favorite Subway. They staff is always nice, professional and patient.
Worst Subway we've ever been to. Bland everything, from bread to ingredients.

Horrible service they can't even take an order right then want to tell you how to order next time
The only sandwich artist at this location the night I went (it was the only location nearby still open after 9 pm) is the sole reason for the low rating. Zero eye contact, mumbling, lethargic - perhaps she was having a bad day - but I got the feeling this was her norm. Anyway, the subs were still good, but since I am not just rating the food, and with several other locations within a few minutes of one another, I had to separate this experience appropriately.
Lots of bread. Not much meat. The shredded lettuce was spectacular but the oil and vinegar were nothing to talk about. I think they should serve spaghetti sandwiches but not PB&Js. If we had these in the motherland, I would never have left. At least, not for another week or two. I would recommend this establishment to 39.735% of everyone I know. That last .735% of a person is my uncle, Stumpy, who works as a chainsaw instructor. He also sheds the lettuce at Subway.
No attempt to distance customers from one another. Tables are right on top of people standing in line. One of the staff kept his mask on below his nose. Definitely felt like cattle being steered to slaughter. And that was all before the food. Mediocre at best. The slices of cheese on a 12" sub. Meat was mostly overly spicy pepperoni. Ended up throwing most of it away. The reimaged Subway brand has fallen flat. Will continue going to Jersey Mike's.
We like the chicken melt...
