I placed my order at the Taco Bell in Haymarket and asked for a cup of ice water. They refused me A cup of ice water and said I had to buy a bottle of water. I will never go back there again and I left without taking my order. When you think about it, you’re spending $20-$30 on food what is a cup of ice water they just lost a customer forever.

The food was great! However, the woman at the drive thru could use some training. When I handed her my payment in cash, she asked me if that was all of the money that I owe. When I told her yes, she said she has a line stacking up behind her and she doesn't have time to count all of the money I handed to her. I hesitated in case she felt like counting. It was around $16 and some change, it wouldn't have taken long to count. I could have gotten away without paying all of the money. That just doesn't seem like a good way to run a business. If counting money isn't something you have time to do, maybe you shouldn't handle money.

Terrible experience. Waited nearly 10 minutes to even be noticed by staff to place my order. Ordered single discovery box for take out, waited nearly 30 minutes for my food. If I knew I'd wait that long at a fast food joint, I'd have gone to chipotle or something instead.

Absolutely horrible! I ordered 1 chicken quesadilla yet they still messed it up. The quesadilla was undercooked, basically raw, and the chicken was hard. You could tell that the chicken was old. Also side note I called this location multiple times and they didn’t answer every time.

This location is usually very good and polite in terms of the drive-thru, but recently had an young woman employee aggressively shake and almost throw my food bag at me. Instead of firmly bagging up the order in a professional manner, she crumpled up the bag like tossing away garbage. Her behavior needs to be addressed by management.
Saturday 9/13/25 at 10:30 PM the rudest and middle eastern girl with long dark hair working the drive through. She doesn’t speak, aggressively hands the food through the window. She received the order incorrectly and therefore order given was wrong. Terrible! Worst Taco Bell in NOVA. Pitiful service!
