Jacey Vineyards & Restaurant

We arrived in Mill Creek on our 45’ sailing catamaran (SV Moxie) because we wanted to experience the tasting room at Jayce Vineyards. I reached out to the vineyard via their website. Tommy replied and told what dock to use to get to the winery. He even met us at the dock and gave us a ride in the golf cart to the tasting room. Lucky us, they had a live band and open mic night. We met the owner, Dr Bob Jayce, and all the staff. All of which were very friendly and accommodating.

The wines are grown on the estate so they have the benefit of the terroir. We tasted three whites and three reds. Our fav was the Albariño, especially on this hot afternoon.

We also had the Margherita pizza which was on thin crisp crust. Perfect for a light snack while enjoying the atmosphere. We bought a couple bottles to enjoy later. When we were leaving, Bob drove us back to the dinghy dock.

In short, THIS IS A GEM NOT TO BE MISSED. Everyone there made us feel right at home. We will definitely be passing this spot onto all our sailing friends.

Quiet area with very friendly and helpful staff. Unlike some other vineyards in the area, they serve a few different dishes including oysters, a charcuterie board, and pizza. Overall it was a very nice experience.

Cute and good food

Take the road less traveled to this great winery. In my case it was a pit stop on a 25 mile bike ride. After 2 glasses of wine and hearing the food special I quickly road back to the truck and headed back for some more fun. The staff and patrons were so friendly. I preferred the Malbec which went great with the pizza and the weekly special pannini.

This place is just what the Dr ordered (little pun on words because the owner is a Dr).

Hey! Let’s explore the Northern Neck! Hey look - Jacey Vineyard. Down the old paths worn by time and our ancestors this amazing vineyard and it’s people reside. You will be entertained, intrigued and satisfied by it’s wines, food, entertainment and people.
Dr. J’s wines are seriously delicious and addicting. One hit off of one of his bottles will keep you coming back for more. Is that good or bad? I won’t judge you….maybe. So worth it! Go visit.

Madison, Tommy, & friend were terrific today. Great feeling of family along with a very nice variety of local wines from the Jacey Vineyards. We'll return!

Moved here four years ago from San Francisco. This is the first vinyard that we have been at since that can go head to head with any Lodi or Napa Valley vinyard. The food was amazing, the staff was terrific and the wine excellent. They even serve up a great pizza and charcuterie.

Beautiful location, amazing wine and food! I always make sure to bring out of town guests here. The service is always incredible as well (:

Good wines, cordial prompt service and open Mike night entertainment on Fridays at 6 pm lite food fare available.

We fell in love with Jacey Vineyards! The outdoor patio is dog friendly and we were greeted with a cold bowl of water for Dak, ice water for us and a bucket of peanuts. The staff makes you feel like welcomed family and is super attentive! We did a tasting of all their wines and left with bottles of Malbec and Zinfandel!?The indoor tasting room is set up for live music and decorated with artwork that is also on every bottle's label.In addition to a nice charcuterie plate, we enjoyed a pizza made at the Vineyard.?This cute winery in the Northern Neck has good wine and a lot of charm!
