“A nice fun local find! The wine was very good! Great atmosphere. We ordered the pizza and a dozen raw oysters. All was quite tasty, but the oysters could have been a bit colder. I usually get them in the shells on ice at other places. These were already shucked and lined up on a long plate over lettuce. It was a nice presentation, but by the time half were eaten the others were almost room temp. Just a small suggestion that maybe some ice on plate (under the lettuce?) would have been a bit better. However not a huge deal. We will be back either way! Looking forward to trying the grilled oysters next month! Everyone working there was extremely friendly and this will no doubt be one of our local hangouts! I also love that they offer bottled beer and hard cider! They have outdoor seating so we look forward to taking our small dog on nice days! Highly recommend!”

“Ordered online. Everything was exactly as I ordered, except the salad dressing. I ordered regular dressing, but there was so much in the bowl I couldnt even eat it. Like I could ring the dressing out of the spinach. Probably wont order online again so I can see how much product is being used.”

“I love this place, came in from a recommendation of a customer while in the area and I cannot thank them enough. The atmosphere is homey, the staff is a friendly family, you can hear the love they have for each other and they most definitely pour that love into the food. I got the chicken parm sandwich and fries, my coworkers got the flippin chicken and tenders and we got orders of fried Oreos as well. My chicken parm was immaculate! What I imagine was Homemade sauce, chicken, and cheese on a beautifully fluffy bun and my fries were cooked to perfection with not too much or too little salt. My coworkers took a single bite of their food and we all didn’t come up for air till our trays were clean.Service 10/10Food 10/10Atmosphere 10/10I will be making the hour and a half drive back here and I’m bringing my family and friends when I do!”

“Very friendly laid back fun atmosphere. Hometown vibe. Great beer and the root beer is the best I've ever had. Both brewed on site. Thursday night Trivia, Friday night Bingo, and Saturday night alternates Karaoke, Comedians, and Live Music. Sundays have authentic Mexican food truck!”

“We had to wait about 30 minutes for a table, but they provided us a place to wait and offered us drinks. The service and food were great, and both women had enough of our pork chops and chicken breasts to make another meal for the next day. The staff was very helpful and friendly.”

“I just want to say that this hidden gem of the northern neck deserves more than five stars. The service is so friendly, fun, and after you eat there you feel like you really connected with the server, because they are so personable, they remember repeat customers, and talk to you like a friend, not like your a guest. “We just built a house about 10 minutes from The Corner. This was ( October 2023) our first time we dined there. We were blown away with just how good the food was and the prices. My wife and I had the wings, fried shrimp platter and fish and chips. Everything was awesome! I know its just bar food, but it really was good. Having family from the Buffalo NY area - we know what good wings are. These wings are the best we've had! The fish was perfectly fried and so was the shrimp. Prices were extremely cheap- compared to where we're from. We cant wait to come back again!”

“This location is not closed instead just under new ownership. Wait time seems to be the biggest complaint so far for everyone, even for take out. So, if you are pressed for time consider somewhere else. If ordering take out double the est. time 15mins really means 30 and definitely make sure they read your order back to you and check your order before leaving. I've had to call more than once after getting back home to address mistakes with my order. The prices are reasonable for what you get.... except maybe their breakfast menu $7.00 for a simple bacon & cheese biscuit is about $3.00 to much. Lunch menu is more reasonable.As far as the food itself, the cook/chef does a great job most mistakes seem to have happen when taking the order down. I've never eaten there for dinner but if you're in the mood for chicken - the condor fried chicken is fabulous (swiss, cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato) fried chicken sandwich with fries and huge.”

“We came here for a Saturday lunch and cannot recommend this restaurant enough! The chorizo is the best I’ve ever had and the staff is very friendly. The owner even gave us more chorizo as we were walking out the door! The drinks are also great! :)”

I HAD THE PLEASURE OF MEETING the kind man, and young man at good luck cellars in Kilmarnock, im from New England where food is epic, I was extremely happy too see smiling faces, I started with my usual sarcastic Italian mouth, is this real pizza? Or fake Virginia Italian pizza? They both laughed ?, onto my order Italian sausage and pepperoni, I tipped a 5.oo so they knew I was serious ? I was handed a buzzer for pickup, few minutes later he said let him know how it was, well ITS THE BEST PIZZA IN THE STATE OF VIRGINIA!! “This was an amazing little gem of a Mexican restaurant near Reedville, Virginia. We had no expectations when we saw the establishment as you were driving by.We decided to stop on a whim and were comforted that even though it was off hours, the parking lot was already about half full.We walked into a modern well decorated Mexican restaurant that we learned has been opened for just a few months.We were quickly seated at a clean booth and the waiter quickly came over and was very friendly and cordial and took our initial orders. At the same time another person brought heaping baskets of very crisp chips and tons of salsa. In most Mexican restaurants you keep on having to ask for more salsa and I was pleasantly surprised that the large containers of salsa that are brought before us. It was quite good.I come from Arizona and there are no shortage of Mexican restaurants there. I really did not have much expectation in terms of the food quality here. There was an abundance of selections on the menu and we placed our orders. When the food came out, I was stunned by how large the portions were, especially considering how reasonable the prices were. It's been my experience in the past that large portions do not necessarily equal tasty meals. In this case I was pleasantly surprised because of food was excellent. It burst with flavor without being overwhelming and everything tasted fresh. Normally I can finish even a large portion in one setting but I could only eat half of my burrito and save the rest for later. Even after microwaving lead portion it remain delicious.Los portales has shown that good tasty food does exist even in out of the way Reedville. The next time I'm in town I will certainly visit again. I highly recommend this place with its excellent food and wonderful service.Parking: The parking lot is a decent size but because of how popular this place is, it does fill up quickly at peak meal times.”

“Their corned beef hash is the best I've ever had (and I've had a LOT of corned beef hash). Order it extra crispy with home fries, two eggs over easy, and a biscuit. It all comes in a perfectly sized bowl of scrumptious happiness. The corned beef is in chopped slices and the potatoes thinly sliced with just enough crunch. A little on the pricey side for breakfast on the Northern Neck - but worth every penny, and then some. What a great way to start the week. Thank you Delma's Family Cafe!”

“This place has changed hands/leadership and thus has had waves of good and bad. Worst was some okesh pizza, but we always came back. The managment and staff are in full stride now and have worked out the kinks.Great service, friendly staff, really good food at good prices and with very large portions. Plus, Icecream is an option! Its a NNK staple.”

“This place is under new management. The food was so flavorful. I ordered a seafood platter with crab legs, cocktail shrimp, crab cake, scallops and french fries. I didn't even need the butter for the crab because it was so flavorful! I have trouble with dairy so this was great for me. Everything was full of flavor. I'm definitely going back soon to try other options on the menu. I'd love to see more simple fish/seafood options. Grilled fish with baked potato or over a salad. Maybe a crab pizza? I'm sure as the new owners settle in they will make even more improvements to the menu. I'm looking forward to trying it all!”
