Superb homemade-style food,with something different every week. Amazing desserts. Supports the Tavern, a historic property.
I would hear about two years ago with one other person and we got some sandwiches from lunch with some dessert. I don’t remember much but I remember that this place is very clean and people are nice.
Quaint soup w/bread stop. Homemade desserts and maybe one sandwich special. Very limited menu, run by volunteers. Very clean! I'd stop here again.

Tavern Cafe´ offers wonderful homemade food in a historic setting with handmade arts and crafts. The staff, including volunteers, provide outstanding service. The location is accessible and parking is convenient. Visitors can explore the Blacksmith and Weavers Guild areas. Despite rainy weather, the experience was enjoyable, with friendly people and delicious food. A peaceful atmosphere and welcoming staff make Tavern Cafe´ a highly recommended dining destination.
