Happy Oysters from Sapidus Farms never disappoint! Shipped 50 to a veteran Northern Neck visitor who now lives too far inland to pick up. Like riding a bike, shucking skills never fade away.
I found Sapidus Farms by way of breweries, and I couldn't be more thrilled that I did. The oysters are farm raised, delicious raw, rockefeller'd, or smoked. And yes, I've prepared each style here at home. I not so secretly prefer a brinier oyster, but these are rich, buttery, and creamy almost. No complaints from me! It's become a family tradition to do oysters on Christmas Eve, but I admittedly have gotten them all through the year because Sapidus makes them...
