Food is very good but service is horrible they always give like 4 piece of chicken and try to make you pay for extra chicken same for toppings they give u a tiny spoon for each toppings

To be great but now they are very stingy looks like you are getting a food for free They don’t want to give you , its a paid service. This should be reported it should not be even used for any corporate events. They should know that what they are doing has changed from a good practice and they will lose customers

Good and healthy food. Easy place to get some quality food. Only drawback they do not provide enough of the protein. They give you plenty of rice......and stingy on the olive oil.

I used to love it here but they are really bad about portions here. They are really stingy about giving you items and make you feel bad when you ask for a little more. Its embarrassing how little they give you. Sometimes they had bread, sometimes not. Services is really poor here. Its SLOW. The atmosphere is okay, pretty dead usually. They need to get better mgt. in place here as this place is not doing well. I sent in my feedback to the company and heard nothing back.

Used to be great, came here very often a few years ago. Sadly they have taken the route of chipotle, so stingy with amount of food and toppings and sauces. Not worth it anymore vs cooking at home.

I’m not a big fan of Falafel but I loved it here. However, the service was bad. The restaurant was kinda empty at early afternoon, on a weekend. The person who filled the bowl was a bit rude and judgmental, maybe it felt like a bit biased behavior based on our cultural background. She kept saying something or the other objection while filling the bowl. It made me feel a little uncomfortable. I didn’t say anything back, we just took the food, ate and left.

Been a regular at Mezeh and loved it. Looks like the management has changed, they pinch you on the food, pushback on any special requests. I wish they would be upfront about the details before serving something. After you have picked 3 items they tell you that you can only pick 4. I am ok if they say that things will be extra but the servers are scared to do stuff maybe because of strict instructions from MGMT. Signs that they will lose out on customers. Hope they realize their approach is borderline disappointing!

Quality of food and service has majorly gone down hill. I rarely see a manager anymore and it seems to be showing. It used to be sooo good. Went there today and it was so bad I had to force myself to eat it. Guess cava will have to be a back up…sad.
