My first time eating here and our server STEVEN was very rude and unpleasant. He literally had bad customer service from the start. Gave us attitude when we asked for refills and slammed hot sauce on the table. Steven had bad customer service. If he can't handle a 13 top then he should stuck to his 2-4 top tables. Brought us our food with no utensils. When we asked for to go boxes and out check it took him 30 minutes. Then brought me my check and it was all wrong. I had food on my ticket that I didn't even eat and when I brought it to his attention his reply was how so. Didn't care to deal with him for the rest of the evening. Spoke to manager Josh and he took care of everything. Thank you Josh for ending my night in a better mood.
We went to BJ's for Father's Day and our food was delightful and so was the ambiance. The only issue we had was our server. She had no energy, got part of our order wrong and was extremely, extremely slow. Mind you, we were 1 of 5 tables in the entire restaurant. She never once smiled and spoke with zero enthusiasm. Overall we had fun as a family - enjoying or food and company but when she came around she lowered the mood.
We went as a party of 6 to celebrate Father's Day. We were seated quickly and then the service went down hill. We wanted to order the bathtub drink and when we asked what was in it our waitress said “what is says on the write up”. When my mother ordered her food she asked if they could ask the cook about MSG as she is allergic. The waitress didn't want to be bothered. Our food finally arrived, some of it cold. I had a strawberry chicken salad and it was the worst chicken I've ever had. Very dry and no flavor, it had just been boiled. My salad didn't come with dressing and it took 20 minutes before she brought me the dressing. The union rings were hard and cold. Our bill was almost $200 and we will not be going back!
The food was a true gastronomic delight, and drinks were spot-on perfect! Service was excellent once a server was finally available to work the section we were seated in. We arrived promptly at our reserved time, but 35 minutes passed before anyone spoke to, or greeted us. All the tables around us were being served, but we were completely ignored. Nine servers were standing around the register, but none spoke to, or acknowledged our existence until we decided to leave. We only stayed because it was after 10 pm by then and there were no other options for dinner in the area. The ambiance appeared welcoming and designed to accommodate many guests. However this was a one time visit for us after our experience.
Went for New Year's Eve food was great one steak was overcooked but other then that it was perfect! Dessert was delicious!
Reservation was canceled by restaurant. Had to call and get that taken care of. Service was super slow. However, the staff were kind and my food was decent. My friends did not like theirs
With a large group on a busy evening, they did a great job and food was delicious and service was great.
Comparing this BJ's to one in Florida, this was disappointing for the food. Service was good.
We have visited BJ'Sany times at many locations. The quality of service is consistently high. While it is a sports bar, you can still have a peaceful meal. Their food selection is very good. I give them 5 stars.
Literally the worst. I haven't been to this location in 5+ years because my last experience was so bad. But friends picked it tonight and I'm always open to another go. Our server was extraordinary. He seemed to be covering half the restaurant, but he was friendly and attentive. Now the food. I had one of our friend's mozzarella sticks, which was good. Hot, great marinara. My beers were both marginally cool. Not cold out of the tap. Decent but not exceptional. I had one name brand beer and one of the house brews. Then the pizza. I ordered a medium. Out of mediums on a Saturday night. Our server went to check with the kitchen, or management, but just, “No mediums.” Then the pizza came. I grabbed the pan to slice out my first piece and my wife commented “how are you touching the pan??” The pan wasn't hot, so no big deal. Except that also meant the pizza inside the pan wasn't hot. It clearly had been at one time because the cheese was melted. It just wasn't hot anymore. The server graciously put in a “rush” remake that took forever. It was hot when it came out. All in all, don't waste your time. This could be a fun environment with great service and exceptional food and drinks. It is a great building. But nothing else lives up to expectations. Don't ask me to go back in 5 years, because I'm not going back.

I have read the reviews prior to coming in and dining. However, I like to form my own opinions and the service was amazing. Along with the great menu choices there's something for everyone. The drinks could have been a little less water down however I feel as though the bartender got into a group, and started to make a really delicious drink. The Sunday prime rib special is the best, but we tried several appetizers and all were really good. Only one that was a little questionable was the avocado as they were a little over cooked.
It was AWFUL!!!!! From the time we ordered till the time the food was brought to our table will literally 1 hr. Some of our food was fresh and hot while and some was cold and you could tell had been sitting around. My sandwich was burned. I had to scrap the char off with my knife. My son ordered chicken tenders and a side of fruit. The tenders were hard as rocks and the fruit was warm (like it had been under a heat lamp) and soggy. Our server kept apologizing for the long wait. He was very nice, but overall it was bad experience. So disappointing.

Even with a reservation the guy said he forgot to set up our table. After 20 minutes we were seated at a dirty table. He wouldn't let us move bc that was in another servers section. We asked for a broom and he said he would need to find one. We never saw him again. The service was slow and the waitress didn't know how to use the ordering machine. One of us asked for onions on her burger and she couldn't figure out how to do that. Another's drink had black things floating in it. We had to go to the bar to get another one because the server never came back. Wednesday burgers are supposed to be on special for $11 but she charged us full price. We went back to the bar to ask for help and they said they would find our server. After ten minutes, we just left. This was a really awful experience.
