I use to come in this store often. after coming in one day and one of the people smelled like pee. Some of the people that work here are rude as hell. Front desk representatives are some of the nastiest I have ever seen in my life. They apparently don't care who they hire as long as it is a body. I feel like they should work more instead of talking about their plans for the week, and flirting with their bosses.

This place is good for family dinners. The booth is large enough for all 5 of us. The menu is varied. The waitstaff is adequate, although he forgot to bring the soup course before the main course. The numerous TV screens occasioned some raucousness among the guests.

I’d been in town helping my daughter pack. I was exhausted when I got to my hotel nearby, and I wanted food and a good drink. I walked to BJ’s and got a seat at the bar. The server was friendly and attentive, without being overbearing. The margarita she made me was spot on. I had a flatbread for my meal, and it was delicious. I’ll definitely go back here when I’m in town again.

Ordered take out for a family dinner. One of the few places to offer a decent family meal, so we decided to try it for that reason. We ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta meal. We quite pleased with the quality of the food. Alfredo can be a seriously dicey dish to order. This was fresh and well made. The chicken was grilled and was real chicken, the sauce wasn't globby and the pasta was not mushy. The Caesar salad was large with a highly flavored caesar dressing. The garlic knots were okay. They were not loaded with butter, garlic and parm like we are used to, which is okay but not our norm. The pizza was pretty tasty one of the better tasting and topped pizzas. The person that brought out our order was personable and professional. Felt like we got a rare good value for the money. This experience will be bringing us back.

Stopped for lunch with my daughter. Not our first visit here. We came for their loaded nachos and pizookie! Place wasn't busy, we got a table right away, place looked clean all around but it was almost as chilly inside as it was outside lol so we kept our jackets on! Our server was nice, quickly got our order and brought waters for us! We got our loaded nachos and they were delish, huge order that we shared as our lunch with added grilled chicken! Chips were crispy, there was just enough pico de gallo not to make them soggy, melted shredded cheese ( we asked for sriracha queso on side) and big scoops of guacamole and sour cream on top! And for dessert we had salted caramel pizookie and double chocolate banana split pizookie! Both very rich but yummy, definitely each could've been shared between two people. I loved fresh bananas that were added on a top of chocolate cookie that was warm and gooey with pecans that added a bit of crunch, very rich and decadent so I only ate maybe a half!

Ate here for the first time this past week because my wife wanted to try the pizookie. The restaurant seemed clean and nice, but it was apparent that they were a little understaffed on the weekday evening that we went. Our waitress took our entire order at one time, (apps main and dessert) and we ended up getting our pizookie 10-15 minutes before our main course. Again, I contribute this slip up to the restaurant being short staffed. The food was pretty decent which is surprising because the menu appears to be all over the place variety wise. As someone else stated on here, maybe they should strip down a menu a bit and focus on making a few items exceptional instead making a bunch of items just okay. My wife stated that her mixed drink was too strong though. So if you like a heavy pour in your drink, I suggest that you go here. I did not use the restroom here, so I do not know if they have the dyson airblade.

The atmosphere works here. Great design and the bar looks fun and inviting. The bar menu, especially the beer selection is extensive. That's about it though. Strongly suggest that all the staff go through a thorough a customer etiquette and hygiene course. Every employee we encountered from hostess to server to server assistant to manager seemed to be burdened by serving our table of 6. The food menu was extensive and creative. My suggestion is to cut the menu items in half and work on improving the quality and taste of a smaller selection of items. Our table had appetizers, soup, salad, pasta and burgers a good variety but the favor was definitely below everyone's expectations. Following the meal I went to the ladies room to wash my hands and the entire floor was slippery. It seemed that it was mopped with an oily mop. It was so bad that when I left I had to hold on to a couple of chairs hoping not to slip. Found out the men's room was in the same condition. We ended the night on a good note, left BJ's and went to a fun and yummy ice cream shop.

Great quality here at this big box store! Recently we stocked up on "emergency" staples: canned goods, rice, pasta, paper products, batteries, soups, water, etc. We spent a pretty penny, but it was worth it. There are tons of coupons honored here, but it's easier to download the app to avoid all those coupon books! They had a special where is you spent over $150 (which is easy to do here) between certain days in November, you can come back with your online receipt, and get a free Butterball turkey up to $25 value. We were able to receive 2 turkeys, one of which we froze. What a nice benefit for being a member here @ BJ's. The membership fees are reasonable and you can share your membership with family. The bakery section is scrumptious, the meat department is pretty good, and the produce is excellent. They also have a decent electronic and tech area, and the seasonal aisles are always fun! Unlike most of these "warehouse" type stores, there is no snack shop @ BJ's. The restrooms need more attention than the employees give them, which is a managerial issue to be sure. They should definitely be checked more regularly. Another issue I've noticed here though, is that they never have enough help. There are long lines, and it seems they'd rather have customers self check-out rather than hire adequate staff. But, since this huge bulk store is close by, and the gas prices are good, I prefer this place over Costco or Sam's Club!

I tried to take my husband, a combat veteran out for dinner for Veterans Day. We arrived before 5 pm so the place wasn't very busy. We were seated very quickly and proceeded to wait for a server. People who came in after us were served by the waitress who had our section while we were completely ignored. 20 minutes of waiting. Some thank you to someone who served multiple tours in combat zones! We won't ever go back

Walked in at 12:55pm, the front desk was empty, waited 4 minutes for a person to walk up, he had the hardest time finding us a table on his computer, there were 8 occupied tables and more then 20 empty. Our server did us a favor and showed up. After taking our order it took twenty minutes to get our food. The waitress spent the whole time in the kitchen, never checking on us. My wife's cheeseburger and fires were very good. My shrimp tacos were overcooked and tasteless. I ordered blackened shrimp for the flavor. With more than 25 other restaurants on Broad Street,I see no reason to ever return.

Very good menu, good service and consistent quality food. In addition we have experienced this in multiple locations.

Look - Haven't even ate yet and the manager sat there and let his waitress complain she didn't want to seat my party. He didn't care. Oh - my kids all quiet boys who just want to eat and I am a stupid ridiculous tipper, little does she know. Terrible staff and the only reason I'm staying at this point is my soccer kids are starving from a game and long day of travel & we have been waiting. (Oh we are the only party here waiting) oh and she is still walking around complaining about everything. Look girl life sucks I've been a server keep it shut. Ps: I haven't complained once - just watching crappy service unfold.

This is a very nice restaurant, a bit off the road, but worth finding. Extensive menu, nice selection of $10 lunch specials. Portion size is good, service attentive, ambiance good. Food very good, not great - 4 stars.

We showed up and there were a total of 6 tables full. The idiot at the front tells us we may have to wait and it was up to the server if she could handle more. We just want to sit in the bar area where there were only 4 tables occupied. If you can't handle 5 tables.. give me a break. We love BJs but this is silly
