Overall we were satisfied with the restaurant.  Food quality was good really good flavor and the desserts were really good. We felt the service could've been better. Waitress didn't seem to have sense of urgency and did not put priority on the fact that one of our guests was gluten sensitive and had to concern with their order.

Food wasn't very hot. Salad wasn't crisp. Lettuce was not fresh. Pasta was potentially good but tastes more like leftovers (not fresh but reheated maybe) I'm sure staff was short but it was hard to get drinks refilled and extra sauces took forever to receive to enjoy with our meal.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a great experience thanks to our waitress Harmony! From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly kind. She knew the menu well, made great recommendations. Our drinks were always full, our food came out perfectly, and she truly made us feel taken care of. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and it shows in her service. This was easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had—she’s a huge asset to this restaurant!

We were a bit earlier than our reservations but got a table in about 5 minutes. Server was super friendly and informative! Since it's brewery, we got to try many different beers they have. They also have domestic beers too. Food was great and my favorite was Lemon Ginger Dry Rub Chicken Wings. They were yummy and crispy, finger licking good, just way I like them!

Our server was so nice and took great care of us; however, the food was not great. The wings were tasteless and the hamburger was bland. Nothing tasted seasoned or cooked with any kind of culinary knowledge. Our server was great though!

The host was very accommodating to changes needed once we arrived. We could not sit at high top tables due to seniors with handicaps so they moved our reservations to a more appropriate location. The waitress was excellent.

Our server Harmony was excellent she did an amazing job. I highly recommend her.

Harmony made the night great!! The food and service were on point- fresh and hot and timely! Would definitely come again and request her section!

Had reservations and still had to wait 25 minutes for table. Was told 10 wings were included in price of meal and received 7. When server was asked about the discrepancy, she quipped, “So you want me to go cook you 3 more?” Food was only mediocre. So, no I wouldn't return to this establishment.

They seemed to be understaffed. This was obvious when we waited for a hostess. Should have trusted my gut and walked out. The staff that was working was trying but not a great experience.

Today we ate at bjs brewhouse in short pump, I had the the steak and mashed potatoes they were delicious my server was named Jarred he went above and beyond the call of duty he greeted us with the friendliest smile every time he came to the table I had a delicious meal at BJs Brewhouse in Short Pump. My waiter was Jarred, and he was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Anaja was great! Very friendly and quick.

This location sucks, terrible managers with awful attitudes. Not worth the trip, for around the same amount you can drive 2 minutes down the road to Coopers Hawk and get great food and service!

Had an absolutely AMAZING experience here eating today with ABBI!!! Everybody come enjoy a meal and ask for ABBI!!!
