The waiter is not attentive, we never got the side dishes. Also the food is too bland and cold. Never going to visit again

Shanon was the BEST!! I come here frequently and am always happy with my experience - 10/10 recommend their pizookies they’re literally HEAVENLY. Their burgers are also AHHHMAZING and they have a great drink selection, I love that they have Bold Rock on tap!! One of my fav spots :)

Even with a reservation the guy said he forgot to set up our table. After 20 minutes we were seated at a dirty table. He wouldn't let us move bc that was in another servers section. We asked for a broom and he said he would need to find one. We never saw him again. The service was slow and the waitress didn't know how to use the ordering machine. One of us asked for onions on her burger and she couldn't figure out how to do that. Another's drink had black things floating in it. We had to go to the bar to get another one because the server never came back. Wednesday burgers are supposed to be on special for $11 but she charged us full price. We went back to the bar to ask for help and they said they would find our server. After ten minutes, we just left. This was a really awful experience.

We had a wonderful lunch. I enjoyed everything I ordered. The Carolina sauce on the wings was so delicious; the wings were crispy too. The mahi mahi tacos were packed with flavor and the paired nicely with the slaw and sauce. My fish was flaky and moist. The shell with my tacos were nice and crispy too. Those black beans look plain but I promise they had tons of flavor. The pimento cheese was my favorite in the trio dipping tray. This was my first time trying a Boba drink and it was delicious! The drink was sweet but not too sweet. Tried lots of dishes and I was very impressed with how well they seasoned everything! Staff was nice and appropriate. They were definitely busy but our apps came out in time for us to socialize and wait. The staff members were definitely working hard.

Went to BJ’s for dinner and wow, just wow. My server Andrew was just next level. It’s like he graduated from Harvard with a degree in table service. I dined exclusively based on his recommendations, and I was not disappointed to say the least. The jambalaya had just the right amount of heat and the Tito’s lavender lemonade was sour and refreshing but also had enough sweet to balance it out. For dessert I had the Pizookie…I’ll let you unravel that delight on your own. 10/10 will be back.

Warm beer, tasteless terrible food, and expensive! Server was good, wait was about 15 minutes on a Rainy Saturday night at 5:40. We were so disappointed by the beer temp it was served way too warm and this was not one unfortunate round. It was across two rounds of beer and we just couldn’t bring ourselves to finish either one.Food was not good but was priced like it was. We ordered the avocado egg roll appetizer and it was flavorless mush with a soy glaze dip that was such a weird unappetizing combo. I want to note it looked nothing like previous reviews. Our order was just avocado inside the egg roll. Then we had a ahi tuna salad that was $30 and the Parmesan chicken with broccoli. Again the salad had no flavor at all. The Parmesan chicken was mediocre and the mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes and the broccoli was so overcooked weCould barely pick it up without it crumbling apart. Such a disappointing dining experience. This should just be a big suburban pass. Go anywhere else.Update— while I appreciate the managements response to my review. This was not one thing wrong that we could address with the manager. This was everything was wrong and that would have been a very uncomfortable position for the server and management because they couldn’t address it in that moment. Please management look at the trend of reviews and get some help. We all want to see BJs improve!

We spent about $110 on this meal. I got a soggy salad with room temperature, cut up frozen chicken tenders on it for $18. My husband got a very dry prime rib sandwich with about 12 french fries for $19. We shared $21 nachos as an appetizer. They were good, not good enough to be that expensive, but still very good. We also got wings which we ended up taking home. They were okay. We also had two beers and a cider between us, which were all just okay. The service was just okay as well. All in all, this was such a disappointing meal that I stressed about spending that much on it the whole ride home. Not a good experience and won't return.

Did not honor our online reservation for dessert. Tried to do takeout but would not let us order unless we did it online. Short staffed I’m assuming because there were many tables open. Went to Gelati Celesti which is always great.

2nd time coming to BJ's..my server was very good and attentive..I ordered there limted time only slushy wine..6/10 not the best at all..I also ordered fried Mac and cheese..which was just ok..not much flavor the sauce wasn't easy for dipping..very hard..I also ordered the bbq pizza..I'll rate that a 5/10 ..the bbq sauce was goo..just not alot of it..and the toppings over powered the pizza in my opinion..and I had the lemon pepper wings..0/100 no flavor at all..no lemon or pepper..or salt...it was just chicken with a sauce on them...and today...I came back to try again..3-2..I ordered the nachos add chicken..I would not recommend these..some of my chips came out with lots of grease and stuck to the paper..so when you pulled them.up you got paper..chicken not much on them at all..I could only eat like 10 chips that were edible..my husband ordered the cheese burger sliders..no flavor...no season at all...but the fries were a 10/10..and the sweet tea was the best...I did let the server..Hazel at the bar know about my nacho..she did offer to take it off my bill and I advised her not to due to me eating some of them..so she gave me a free cinnamon bun ice cream thing..which the dough was not cooked all the way through...smh..i tried...glad it was free...2 bad experiences for me not to come back..
