Alexis is right, the chicken itself is usually good but the sauce is what makes it, and frankly, you guys can do better. No one likes dry wings, and we hesitate to order simply because you dont sauce your chicken. Increase the price if you must, just sauce the dang wings fam.
This location always seems to fall short. My biggest complaint is the lack of sauce on the wings. I absolutely love the spicy and soy garlic flavors but this location does not coat the wings in the sauces. 3/8 are probably properly coated in every order I've received. If I wanted them plain I would have ordered them that way. Otherwise the chicken is always fresh just wish they were saucy
Great food , cheap prices , spice just right
Food was good, not great. Employee giving out good had nasty attitude. Definitely will not be back. If I’m going to spend $30 on takeout I expect friendly professional service!!
This is OK, but nothing original or distinguished. Our dishes were somewhat bland, good enough but just. We did not know we had to take out due to covid, so had to wait 15 minutes (not too hard as there is a sports bar nearby, Cities)
Bonchon in Henrico used to be amazing. I would exclaim that they had the best chicken strips in Richmond to anyone who asked. Their chicken was always fresh, moist and well sauced. Their fries were perfectly cooked, and the seasoned fries were smothered in seasoning! However, over the last year or two, their food quality has diminished across the board. Their chicken strips and boneless wings are dry and tough. They barely put any seasoning on their seasoned fries. But I have kept visiting, thinking "Maybe I just caught them on an off-night." But every night can't be an off-night.I love Bonchon's food and I truly hope the location in Henrico finds some way to bring the magic back. As it stands now, though, I'd suggest taking your money to the Bonchon in Midlothian.
The chicken fried rice was good. The fried chicken was just okay... Which says a lot as its a popular item on their menu.
Well, it’s super tasty and super crunchy. What else do you need from me? Lol
When you spend $14.69 for 10 wings(no sides or beverage)you expect them to be fresh and moist not hard and dry. The wings are hit and miss at this location.
Very rude!! Do not have it together with food delivery( for example Grubhub, they blamed the cancellation on them) and not to mention that the young women on the phone refused to take my order. She was very unprofessional. Also their website says they close at 10 but apparently they close at 9pm. Zero stars!!

Best chicken wings I've ever had, hands down. The soy garlic flavor is amazing. The spicy is as well, but some might think it's too spicy. It's perfect for me. The lunch special is all I ever get because the prices on the regular menu are pretty steep. If you like wings, this place is a must try.
My dad and I absolutely love this place. The soy and garlic strips are a great value. My only complaint is that I can't just straight up buy a massive platter of shrimp shumai. Yummy.
Some of the best wing fr. Spicy wings ?
