This was our first time here, and we were impressed! The food was freshly made, piping hot, and absolutely delicious. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Great, crispy, delicious chicken sandwiches. The whole family loved it.
Food and service was top notch! Our whole family was happy! Food was fresh, hot, and delicious!
Food was pretty good but place was very slow we were in a hurry and we needed up waiting over one hour to actually get our food.
Expensive food way too big of portions weird tasting chicken poor service Credit and debit payment only must order through a kiosk $3 for a 12 Oz drink
Unfortunately did not live up to expectations. French toast and chicken was not good — and caused indigestion after.
A beautiful location with lots of seating and easy parking. Great atmosphere for lunch, dinner or business meeting.
The staff are friendly and attentive.
The food was VERY good, the chicken was the best I've had in Short Pump area. One of the workers kept checking in with dine-in customers to make sure their food was tasting good, it was, honestly, really great service.
Ordering at the counter was super easy and quick.
I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, crinkle cut fries, mambo sauce, ranch & spicy ranch.
The fries were seasoned really well, and were fried to perfection, crispy on the outside, that almost fluffy goodness on the inside.
The mambo sauce was very tasty, had some heat and some sweet.
The ranch was pretty good! I love a good house made ranch, but I also love good old fashioned hidden valley. B&H’s ranch was fresh and cool which paired well with the fries, but personally it wouldn’t be my first choice in ranch. And the same goes for the spicy ranch.
The smashville hot chicken sandwich was delicious. The buns are high quality, you can smell the butter on the bun when you’re taking a bite. The chicken was fried to perfection and juicy. It was seasoned well, but could have used a bit more salt. The ranch slaw was perfect and added texture and a small cooling feeling which made the sandwich hard to put down.

Everything minus the cleanliness was fantastic but you know what a sticky table isn't keeping me from the food. That Smashville chicken sandwich is the best chicken sandwich I've had. Greens were different than I'm used to but so good with their homemade hot sauce.

I went into Buttermilk & Honeys West Broad St location to eat.
Food: really good.
Service: my first visit. I walked in a there was a kiosk screen for ordering. When I asked for help I was told it was self explanatory.
IT WAS NOT.
Atmosphere: no big deal.
Will I go back? Not sure yet.
