I picked up the best burgers I've had in this area from this place. I was slowly trying every burger place around my new job... but I stopped when I got here, THESE BURGERS ARE THE BEST IN LAKESIDE, FOR SURE!!

I get food from here delivered with Uber eats all the time and I love these burgers I’m glad I can order from this one since the one on cart st is closed for some reason but they’ve never disappointed me.

This might get kicked for not being an actual review, but this location split off from Carytown Burger, and is now called Lakeside Burger, but there’s no website for Lakeside Burger, and it looks like it’s basically the exact same menu and prices and everything else from Carytown Burger, which I wasn’t even a fan of before. (Heavy, rubbery burgers.) So is this a new menu? Just new management? What’s the deal? I’m hoping it’s going to be something new and unique and not just rebranded Carytown Burger…

Burgers r trash!!!Neither order was right!!!I ordered hotdog with RAW onion, mustard and ketchup. Had grilled onions.Loaded fries no sour cream or bacon.It’s been 3 years since I’ve been it will be a lot longer till I come back!!!
Does have a limited amount of seating, but don't let that steer you away from their amazing food. Loved their burger so much. It was honestly incredible.

I’m worried that the quality is suffering lately. Burger was ordered medium but not at all juicy, bun was mush and toppings undetectable. Would hate to lose this place from Northside but def not a $10

My wife and I decided to stop here today because we were craving a good burger and fries. This place did not provide that. The facility did not look like it was owned by someone who cares about their namesake. My wife ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger and I ordered the Big Mike Cheeseburger with a basket of fries and 2 drinks for a total of $37.68 which included a premature $5 tip. Things got interesting after getting the tasteless pink lemonade I noticed a bug infused in one of the ice cubes. I admit we should’ve requested a refund and left however we have a 2 hr drive home so I decided to continue with our order. The cashier apologized and gave me another cup. We received our food and left. In the car I opened the fries which were limp and lukewarm and tasted like they were cooked in old grease. The burger looked premade/frozen and was dry and definitely not tasty; my wife took a couple of bites off of hers and couldn’t finish it. At best this was a $20 meal that we paid almost $40 and nothing we experienced today would make me want to patronage this establishment ever again. They must’ve used their overpriced revenue for software to manipulate the ratings system to earn the 4.3 rating. This experience deserves less than 1 star.

This place has become one of those RVA memes that is overhyped, overpriced and underwhelming. The crazy thing is the food is pretty decent. I had the Kicker Burger this visit and it was tasty, but it's half the size of somewhere like Five Guys. My partner had the Squirrel Burger and it was dry and unflavorful.Price is ridiculous. We had 2 burgers and a basket of fries and paid ~$50. I can't justify those prices for the food we got.
Fantastic burgers. Onion rings and sweet potato fries also very good. The place is certainly not fancy but you will walk away having enjoyed a good meal at a decent price.

Burgers are juicy and flavorful. Staff has always been helpful and friendly.
Has lost their touch :( The burgers do not taste like they are made fresh. The burgers taste like Bubbas from the grocery store, and the cheese sauce is different also. The fries were also undercooked. I’m so used to that freshness of my burgers when I come here, was a tad disappointed. At least they gave friendly service.
