Came in for a DoorDash and the order wasn’t ready despite no customers being present. 2 employees Cam & Tyree were standing laughing and not attentive to customers. Tyree gave me the order with no drink and walked off. When I asked about the drink, I was told one second by Tyree as he walked off (this was a medium sweet tea missing). When I asked another employee about the drink I was yelled at by Cam. Approximately a minute and half to 2 minutes later Tyree comes and gets the sweet tea. Gives me the drink with no straw and walks off again. Unacceptable behavior from these employees and definitely NOT chick-fil-a like!! 1 star for service!

Went threw deive thru didnt fill mac and cheese to the line they have and its a medium and looks like small portion and mac over cooked and chicken stripe look like mini stripes the mac and cheese was like baby food mushy over cooked and dry but they remade it the second one is how the new one looks
For short pump, they get my order right every time and I appreciate that.

This Chick-fil-A location has caused me to stop going to Chick-fil-A all together. My take out orders were never right. Finally got tired of calling and/or going back to get it corrected. Or worse, just eating whatever was in the bag. This location has ruined me for every Chick-fil-A…just done with the whole chain.

Asked for a freshly made sandwich. Informed 0pcashier that we did not mind the wait for a freshly made sandwich . 1 and 2nd sandwich was cold. Asked for Mgr ((Pete) who Informed that it was a breakdown in communication. Very negative attitude on server attempting to deliver the 2 cold sandwiches. Cashier order 13059486 ( Rob)was very apologetic. Felt that 3 tries for a fresh sandwich was totally unacceptable . Additional staff training?(Just saying) BTW regular chick-fil-a app customer.

Chicfila never misses as far as food but why did I order a SALAD in the mobile drive thru and it took 20 minutes? People were ordering in the regular lanes coming and going so just skip the app. Waste of time
