The food is almost always right- but the customer service at this location is severely lacking. I’ve had multiple bad experiences and won’t be going to this location anymore.

Listen, it's fast food. It's not ever going to be five star worthy. Thay being said, it's the only place nearby thay has an indoor playplace for my kids when it's too unbearable outside, which is literally always here.

Very disappointed with my visit. Stood at counter for 5 minutes, I watched my watch, no one greeted us or said it would be a minute. Finally ordered and waited almost 10 minutes to receive food. Fries were not hot, mostly crumbs. Nuggets & straps were warm at best. Went to get a refill and once again stood there waiting because apparently 1 of the 5 people working in the drive thru area couldn't help us. When we were leaving my son had same issue with getting a refill. Very disappointed with entire visit.

So slow. Not like any other chick fil a that I’ve been to. Disorganized, seemed confused, no communication, sat waiting forever… just go to a different location and maybe they’ll have their stuff together.

I did a mobile order for breakfast. When I pulled up to check in, I was greeted and my order was confirmed. I asked the gentlemen if I could add a pup cup. I was taken back as I was asked if the dog was with me. I told him I had just left the gym and she wasn’t. He stated the dog has to be with in order to receive a pup which is completely unusual. After questioning this new policy he let me have the pup cup and marked red flag on my receipt. It is always this location and the one further up short pump that I am always having an issue with. 1st off if I ordered a kids meal, would the kid have to be with me? A lot of ppl don’t travel/ride with their pets does that mean they shouldn’t eat? Secondly, why are their pup cups filled with ice cream and not whipped cream. All other locations serve whip cream for pup cups. I just wish all locations would be on the same accord.
