I felt extremely unwelcome especially when I asked for some modifications to my meal. I didn’t get my drink after I ordered my meal, wasn’t asked about sauces and had to ASK for the drink I paid for. I’m not sure I’ll be back to this location.

The last time I rated this place was 8 years ago, but it's gone a little downhill compared to some other locations. Today I purchased a Dr pepper float and when receiving my order it was a frosted Dr Pepper. I thought not a big deal and spoke with the gentleman at the window and he said don't worry we'll fix your order. I look inside and there's like 3 people looking at the order and the receipt on the side that clearly states Dr pepper float. After a couple minutes they bring out my order again and when I looked at it, yet again it was a frosted Dr pepper. I'm not one to fuss or hold up a line, I just left and went to the tuckernuck location and got my order correctly the first time.

Oh we wish it was closer to Mineral VA. Love me some Chick-fil-A. The restaurant was very clean, help staff were polite, and food was as tasty as ever. This is a very well kept unit in their chain.
Like I don’t know what’s wrong with RVA Chickfla’s but they all suck. Can’t even enjoy a dinner with out something being screwed up. Nose hair in my food, come on. You call and you get some child on the phone who can’t do anything. End of the day, this place sucks.
