The team here goes above and beyond on the regular. Despite how consistently busy they are the food always comes out within a reasonable amount of time and is always fresh. I have had nothing but outstanding customer service from every employee at this location. Kudos to the entire staff, y’all are appreciated.
I’ve visited this Chick-fil-A many times with my twin babies and a larger stroller. Unfortunately, the service has been disappointing. No one ever offers help when I’m trying to enter the restaurant, even though it’s visibly difficult managing the doors with a stroller and two babies. As a mom of multiples, it’s disheartening to feel ignored. On several occasions, I’ve had to wait outside until another customer came by to open the door for us. It’s really upsetting and makes the experience more stressful than it should be.

I was blown away by the service and cleanliness and not in a good way. The lady taking our order was rude (I won’t say her name) and the place is filthy. Definitely not Chikfila standards. Do yourself a favor and go to the Chick-fil-A down the street. Truly disappointing and I rarely feel the need to leave a negative review.

Easily the worst Chick fil A I've been to. Sandwich filet was very thin and waffle fries were undercooked. Barely put any ice in my cup so the sweet tea was lukewarm. Service was indifferent at best. Instead of having multiple employees walk around every 3 minutes awkwardly asking tables if they want more sauce or a drink refill maybe someone could clean the filthy nasty bathrooms.

I got chicken nuggets and there was hair in it. I thought it was a one time mistake but came back a couple weeks later ordered the same thing and there was hair again. So nasty.
