Easily the worst Chick fil A I've been to. Sandwich filet was very thin and waffle fries were undercooked. Barely put any ice in my cup so the sweet tea was lukewarm. Service was indifferent at best. Instead of having multiple employees walk around every 3 minutes awkwardly asking tables if they want more sauce or a drink refill maybe someone could clean the filthy nasty bathrooms.

I got chicken nuggets and there was hair in it. I thought it was a one time mistake but came back a couple weeks later ordered the same thing and there was hair again. So nasty.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The owner is so sweet and hands on. From the minute I walked in I felt very loved and welcomed. Definitely will be going out of my way to come to this cfa!!!

Really dirty/neglected dining area even though there were not many customers. Told an employee the trash was overflowing and he said “cool.” Trash and crumbs all over tables, floor, counter, etc.

Worst experience ever at a Chick-fil-a. Unfriendly, the clerk got our order wrong and we had to go back through line and reorder, we asked an employee to wipe down the dirty sticky table and the employee was rude and just gave it a light swipe. Very disappointed!!

The food is great, and the service exceptional, but my only major complaint is about the app.

Not everyone has a data plan, so they should install a Wi-Fi repeater at least to cover the curbside parking spots. When I try to confirm that I've arrived and relayed my parking spot, not only does the order not get sent, it logs you out of the app completely (so you're really out of luck of you don't remember your password). To avoid this, you need to go inside to use their Wi-Fi, and that defeats the whole point of curbside!
