The gentleman who placed my order was on point and another went out of his way to return an expensive electronic device that slipped out of my pocket when I paid. The high caliber of the individuals at this location is evidence of the outstanding integrity of this faith-guided American company. I was there with two other moms with kids. Food was great, but none of our orders were correct the first time.
Tucked away and hidden by a Macy's store at the Short Pump Mall, this particular Chick-fil-A does a great job of providing fresh and hot food without shoppers having to drive elsewhere after a hectic day of shopping. Counter staff is friendly and professional. Food is delivered fast. And, the store is very clean and nicely appointed. Great place to split your shopping errands with the quality food you expect to get from this franchise.

This place is located in Short Pump Town Center mall. The location is small with limited seating inside, but does have seating outside too. The associates I spoke with were all friendly and helpful. The food was what I expect from Chick-fil-A and the fries were hot. If I am in the area again and craving Chick-fil-A, I would visit here again.
Short pump is the absolute worst chick fil a in Richmond. You’d think with all the customers they get, they’d actually be good/trained well. Every time I come I absolutely dread it and only go because I’m close and not driving to Parham at the time. Don’t try to help with mobile order either because you’ll get forgotten about, every time.

Tonight's experience at my newest chick fil a was unacceptable. When I arrived to store The Gochland restaurant I was the only one in the line with no cars in front nor behind me. Once I pulled up to the window to receive my order I waited over ten minutes with nothing said to me about my order. After ten minutes I asked the cashier what was the hold up. He stated that they had an issue with their chicken filets and had to recook all of them. I waited five more minutes to receive my order. After receiving my order I pulled off and then discovered that I was missing part of the order. I had to get back in line to get the missing food for my children. A gentlemen by the name of Justin identified himself as the District Manager upon me asking for the DISTRICT MANAGER He apologized and said "well we gave you a brownie." This response wasn't genuine and didn't make me feel any better about the situation. It was my first time at the new location and I'm hoping that it's not my last.Restaurant Number: 04867

The new Chick-fil-A near 288 is excellent. Great service and even better food. The salads and chicken is always fresh and delicious. Super, fast and easy drive through mobile ordering.
