We've always enjoyed their pancakes, and they're usually delicious, but today we received an order with reheated, not fresh and fluffy, pancakes. There's a new person preparing them, and I hope they maintain the quality they had in the past. 😒

Food is delicious no problems there. The only issue I have is changing of the gloves. The second time I came in the lady put her hands without gloves in the strawberry and my sister made her redo it over. today I went and she touching the trash can with the glove and didn’t change it. Changing gloves is very important if you touch something dirty.

ME ENCANTA 🇻🇪 ! I love the staff they are so sweet and caring. All the ladies have been such angels. The pancakes are so delicious and it’s easy to order! I feel the the price is good considering it’s a small business and they deserve the best. I highly recommend them they are respectful and professional. I come here everytime i visit the mall.. I may have gained a few pounds but worth it. Bilingual which helps a lot😊

I won’t lie the food was super yummy perfect to fill your sweet tooth cravings, the only thing I had an “issue” with is customer service. I walked to the counter said hello to the employees and they were still on their phone so I kinda just stood there till they acknowledged me. I said thank you have a nice day and they never said anything, so I feel like they need to be more responsive but overall 4/5 for me.
