Unique place. Good place to hang out with your love one. Good drinks and snacks. Even food and drinks have it’s uniqueness. Glad Richmond has place like this.

I've been meaning to try this place for a while, and I was absolutely not disappointed. Upon entry, I was stunned by how freaking cute everything was. The walls, the seat cushions, the decor- everything was such a lovely vibe it made me really happy just being in the store. Even their bathrooms are tasteful in design. They also have a photo booth with props and to-go drinks/snacks/meals available for purchase outside of the food they make in store. The receptionist was so sweet and helped me pick out some stuff when I was overwhelmed by the options (always a good thing to have lots of options in my opinion). I ended up getting the okinawa brown sugar boba (lower sweetness level), garlic salmon onigiri, and duck egg musubi. The boba was so soft and squishy (which means it is fresh) and the tea itself was the perfect level of sweetness for me. I absolutely love how we are given the option to have our meals warmed up, and I chose to heat up both. The rice was so fluffy and soft and the filling in the ongiri was flavorful and delicious. The musubi was great as well and the duck egg was different from conventional chicken eggs, but the depth of flavor compliments the rice well. My one recommendation is that they have a bottle of hot sauce for customers to use when in the store.I ended up spending 21 dollars on my meal (plus a few extra dollars for tip). In this economy, it is the norm for food like this to be a little pricey so I'm not complaining as long as the quality and service stay at a high level. Plus the fact that they are using sustainable and ecofriendly cups, utensils, and straws makes the cost more than worth it.All in all, I 100% will be returning here way more than my wallet will want me to, and bringing all my friends and family with me.

The food and drinks were so perfect, but we stayed for the adorable ambiance and nice service! We had the Iced Dalgona, ChumChum Iced Coffee, Blink Blink, chicken katsu onigiri, and the Sausage and egg onigiri. The coffees had the perfect sweetness and were a generous size for the price. The blink blink was really the shining star! It was refreshing and so customizable you can put what ever flavor you want in it. The onigiri tasted fresh and were a good snack size. The general ambiance of the place is so fun and cute! Made me feel like I was walking into a hello kitty paradise! Highly recommend this place, especially for the very nice service! We will be back....probably tomorrow ;)

There is a woman in there that waits around to take people's food/drink that they ordered. I waited for about 20 minutes for my passion tea and finally I said I'm just going to run to the restroom really quick while they make my order. As I'm walking out of the restroom the woman is walking away from the pick up counter with my drink. I thought, "Maybe she ordered the same thing as me let me just be calm and wait." Nope. I waited for maybe 20 additional minutes and went back to the counter. The associate said he already served my drink a long time ago. He was so kind to make me another drink. But the restaurant only had like three groups dining at that moment. No one really cared to make sure the right order got to the right person. This drink swiper was dressed in business clothing maybe so she didn't appear to be the thief that she really is. Beware. She had short blonde hair and chunky build. Chunky from taking everyone's food I believe. The tea was actually really delicious. Kinda worth the 45 minute wait.

It was really good. I got the green smoothie. And I don’t mind paying $10 for an organic drink but I do expect the cup to be filled to the top for this price (definitely not an inch from the top).I will come back and see if this was a one off (hopefully).

The best shrimp tempura I’ve had in a long time. Would love to have an option to have the pork belly in the onigiri served hot. Thank you for the recommendation of the Ruby Guava, it was delightful! Will be back!

I ordered a plain oolong tea with no milk or add ins and the total was $9. Cute store, but I can’t justify the price for a simple brewed tea.

Happened across this place about 10 min before closing. I had never heard of it so I went in to see what it was about. Don't expect to be greeted. Young lady came out, swept behind the counter, didn't acknowledge me so I left. Guess I found out all I needed to know. Cute decor though.

The place is nice, but the food prices are a bit insane. tbh, other boba shops have better prices than this.

Food was tasty and authentic. The service friendly and very quick, even when I was told it would take a while to make one of the onigiri I chose, the wait was not bad at all!

The food was great, when we were there someone was currently working on a wall mural. The place was adorable. They also had a cute photo booth and props that takes cash. The staff was not the friendliest and definitely not the type of service one would expect from this type of place. The seating was a bit tight, and two of the tables that actually had chairs that pulled up to sit at were being used by a staff member on break and their belongings. So overall, the trip could have been better. But if you like this kind of place, then it is still worth it!
