Having been a loyal customer of this establishment for many years, I have consistently enjoyed the quality of the food. However, I have noticed that the operating hours have fluctuated over the years, with the restaurant now closing at 4:00 pm which seems like an unusual time for a restaurant. Furthermore, they are also closed on weekends. It seems they might be able to accommodate more customers if they extended their hours.
I used to go to Classics every Friday years ago and the customer service was fantastic! Now, sometimes my order isn't ready or they can't find it. Some of the employees are very rude. This will be my last time coming here.
I've never eaten here before, but was here to pick up and I was acknowledged and greeted immediately! I love great customer service. I plan to visit soon and try out that limeade.
