We had just placed our order online for 2 cheesecake fantasy and my husband had picked up our order from the store. Not only were they packed weirdly but the frozen fruits in our ice cream were completely stale. We thought it would be just one or two bad berries gone bad but we tried a few and they all tasted funky. I called up the store immediately to warn them before even raising a complaint so they can check and stop serving immediately as I was sure any customer would fall sick if they were being served the same.The girl on the phone tried to talk to her manager but did not even check for fruits gone bad at their end nor acknowledge my concern itself. When I called back to speak to the manager, they told me to get back the order to their place for full refund.My husband just returned from the store and they neither accepted the fruits were stale nor were they apologetic about serving stale food. They processed a full refund though. I never usually post negative reviews as I understand many things can go wrong in many ways. But this experience has completely changed our perception about the quality of stuff being served at cold stone and at this particular location .

Cold Stone Creamery is a fantastic place to enjoy delicious ice cream treats. The kids loved their experience there, especially the variety of cakes and ice creams available. It's always exciting to watch the staff mix different flavors right in front of you. However, one downside we experienced was the wait time of 10 minutes to place our order. This was due to the limited staff present on a Saturday evening. Despite the wait, the overall experience was enjoyable, and the tasty ice cream made it worth it.

Parking: We were able to park right in front of the store 3 days before Christmas.Kid-friendliness: Our kids love ice cream and there are so many to choose from.Wheelchair accessibility: The place is on the ground level. As long as someone else can help open the door, a wheelchair should be able to get in and out easily.

Received melted ice-cream and they didn’t listen to my order at all my family and I were displease with our ice creams they were just a messy waste I will not return also I ordered pecan and it tasted like plain vanilla with a bunch of brownies

I asked for a cone twice and ended up getting a cup that was leaking before i left the register. Also asked for a kids ice cream cone and got a cup with cone on top. The service sucks here

My fiance and I visited your store yesterday evening. As we were standing in line deciding what to get, the customer in front of us was extremely nasty to the employee who was taking the order. The customer was verbally abusing this young girl ( I do not know the employee name but she is Asian) and it was disgusting. Your employee was calmly trying to explain to this customer that the waffle cones were not "burnt" as the customer was trying to claim. The unruly customer made a complete scene even going as far as to curse out your employee. Your employee handled it the best way she could have after such verbal abuse. After that customer left she took my order and was kind and courteous and I commend her for not letting that previous jerk of a customer rattle her. The ice cream was great and I will definitely return.

Great ice cream, but horrible customer service. I ordered a custom cake for a 6 year olds birthday party. It was decorated as I ordered, but when we cut the cake, it was vanilla ice cream and chocolate cake - not the cotton candy ice cream and yellow cake that I ordered. It was nothing at all like the birthday boy wanted. I sent the store owner a picture of the cake as proof. He started yelling over the phone, and refused to give a refund unless I brought the cake back in. I don’t know what he expected after a kid’s birthday party. It makes no sense to me to go out of my way to bring the wrongly made cake in half cut for him to trash. Very bad experience. Go get your custom cakes from DQ or Baskin Robins instead.

Ice cream is great and the service is great but come on!! How the bathroom out of order for over a year!!! It's not broken. You don't want to clean it. You have sit in table but no bathroom?

I have visited this place a few times without any issues. But I decided to order a cake from them on 02/21/2023 to be picked up on 02/25/2023 at 12pm. I was told that was enough time for them to prepare it. When I arrived there on 02/25/2023 at 12:10 pm I was told they forgot to make my cake. I spoke to a lady who didn’t seem interested in the fact that they just forgot the cake. I was told they could have the cake ready for me by 5pm. When we arrived again at 5pm they couldn’t find the cake for 15 minuets and then suddenly came out with a cake that appeared to be the correct one. I cut into it on 02/26/2023 and realized this was not the cake I ordered. It was supposed to be a chocolate and banana ice cream cake and it was chocolate and vanilla. All they did was take an already made cake similar to the one I ordered and wrote the message I requested and gave it to me. I called and of course there’s no manager present, ever. This is absolutely ridiculous, I would’ve canceled the order but I had already prepaid. I cut three pieces of it and only one piece was half way eaten. So, think not twice but four times about ordering anything here.

Came at 8:50 and asked if they were closed because the sign was off but just saw people walk out , one associate said yes when i asked if they were open , and then another spoke up and said no
