When you first come into the parking lot it gets confusing which way to go. There is one lane where you pick your food up at the passenger side of the vehicle. If no one is with you you had better be prepared to stretch to get your food. The building is in dire need of some serious work. It looks horrible from the main road and continues to get worse the closer you get. I ordered the House Burger, Cajun French Fries, and a Sweet Tea. When I pulled up to the window the attendant was pleasant and handed me my tea. She stood there talking to other employees and taking another order as I waited about 10 minutes to get what I ordered. When she handed me the bag the grip she had on it was crushing whatever was in the top. I asked for a few salt packets and was given roughly a half of a handful. I pulled away from the window and went and parked in a vacant slot so I could eat my lunch. When I opened the top of the bag I discovered she was crushing my French fries. The food was literally just thrown in the bag. No organization to it whatsoever. I tasted my fries and they were at a good temperature on the outside but the inside was mushy and cool. I was not going to go back through the line that had built up. My burger was good flavor wise but it was put together very sloppy. The tomato and onion were sliding out one side while the bacon and cheese were coming out the other side. The buns were not put in the correct position to help prevent this from happening. The Sweet Tea tasted as if it had been in the dispenser for a few days. It tasted stale and a bit bitter. Overall I would not recommend going here. I would be seriously afraid to see what the inside of this establishment looked like. I'm betting that they would fail a health inspection. I tried this place because I had always seen it but never tried it. Now I know.

I was craving a burger tonight and first place I thought on my way home was this cookout. Everything was great until I opened my burger. 2 barely meat patties, they were so dry and shrunk, it looked like they’ve been sitting on that grill since the night before. I was so disappointed. For a “burger place” it looked like they just started doing this yesterday. So hopefully the other cookout close to my house does better than this place. The burger sucked! But at least they gave me enough fries and cheese bites which was a plus.

We ordered chicken quesadillas, fries and a few other items. Our fries were limp, so we ended up recooking them in the air fryer to make them crispy. After taking one bite of my quesadilla, I opened it to find that they were only loaded with cheese and no chicken. SMH..totally disappointed.
