We ordered chicken quesadillas, fries and a few other items. Our fries were limp, so we ended up recooking them in the air fryer to make them crispy. After taking one bite of my quesadilla, I opened it to find that they were only loaded with cheese and no chicken. SMH..totally disappointed.

My relationship with Cookout is over! Completely turned off, disappointed. Quality and quantity have fallen far below the standards they once had. No longer worth the time and money. You don't actually get what you pay for. You actually get far less for far more cost. Make that make sense. So done with these restaurants, fast food spots, and even the grocery stores hiking up prices for products that have been reduced in quality and quantity. Saving my money. Period!

Food is okay. Busy workers provide fast service but they made a few mistakes with my order. I wanted double nuggets instead of fries and nuggets, but that was okay.
No chocolate in the chocolate shake. Felt rush at the window, they forgot to give me my drink.

I ordered the white cheddar cheese bites and was told that the size of the bites does not matter as long as the bag has 12. Well my bag contained 11 and the employee was being sarcastic when I expressed my concern. The crumbs should not be considered as one when I paid over 4 dollars ($4.60) for 12 cheese curds.
