I think there was only one person manning the front of the house.However, she managed to keep everyone happy.The food was good, I shared The Whole Rowe, and it was satisfying.Next time I think I'll have my seafood grilled or broiled

I used to get takeout a lot from this location when I worked on the west end. It's been a while since I've had this place and was craving seafood boil since the Midlothian location closed a few months ago. I was so excited to dig in because it smelled so good. I was so disappointed, it was super salty I couldn't even finish it, also the clams weren't cleaned properly and the crawfish and shrimp tasted like it's been sitting out for hours. I am praying I don't get food poisoning from the little amount I consumed.

I visited this location with friends last weekend. I had an opportunity to dine here before the COVID outbreak and was extremely satisfied with the customer service, food, and drinks. Unfortunately, that was not the case on my last visit. We arrived at the location which was even half full capacity on a Saturday night. We waited 35 minutes before our drink order was taken. After the order was placed we waited another 20 minutes before checking the status of the drinks we ordered. The drinks were not ready, and the food order had not been placed. There was only one staff member tending the bar, serving as host, and serving as the waitress. She was clearly overwhelmed and there was no help given to her. We ended up leaving the restaurant without eating due to the long wait times and lack of customer service. I was highly disappointed and will not be considering this location for any outting any time soon.
Ordered In The Lake which is half pound crawfish, 1/2 shrimp, 1/2 clams. I received a bag full of MUSSELS, a few clams, and literally 3 shrimp. The sauce was watery. Lacked flavor and I got it with House Magic Dust whichid a combo of all of the flavors so it tasted like a salty watery mess. Quality of food was terrible as well. Crawfish was MUSHY and shrimp was overcooked. Idk if they are cooked into the same pot or what but it was not good at all. Used to be such a cool place but it seems they've been going downhill for awhile.

The product quality has deteriorated. Sides such as corn, sausage, and potatoes have been cut back dramatically in the orders that they should eliminate them from the dish rather than insult me with substandard size servings.Service, however, has remained excellent.

Idk what happened. They fell off. I always got their snow crab with like half a pound a shrimp and extra sausage with the house special sauce I think it's called. But last time I went my shrimp were soggy. And dirty. They have the best cornbread. Almost taste like cake. They seasoning even changed. I might try to go again and hope that these last two times were just bad timing or something because they were busy. But since then haven't been back. I used to try to eat here at least twice a month. But hopefully next time I go it will be better.

When we came here for a visit in Richmond, I thought the place was closed, there was hardly no one in there. I must admit, we were a little bit skeptical. However we sat down ordered our food and it was actually pretty good.. Maybe it was the day of the week that we went.
