We’re in the area for a wedding and needed a breakfast place. There bagels are very good. I built my own, on a salt Bagel with white fish salad, and it was delicious. There aren’t too many places where you can get a good salt Bagel! My wife had a bacon Egg and cheese on an Egg-Everything and was happy. Can recommend this place.

Cupertino's has some of the best bagels you can find in west end Richmond! I've had the oppportunity to try the poppyseed, garlic, sesame seed and (on my recent venture) the egg bagel! Which was really really good! I got it with the chive cream cheese, lettuce, onion, and tomato. Highly recommend. I also tried their Manhattan sandwich. Something seemed like it was missing. The coleslaw and meat was good but it needed one more thing with it. Fries on the side were average. Not bad, not breathtaking. And finally a piece of Crumb Cake for dessert- oh my goodness. Moist and the perfect amount of sweet. I'll be back to explore more of the menu!

First, very good bagels, I think the best in the area. Today I went for a Taylor ham (pork roll) egg and cheese on a cinnamon raisin. I was disappointed by the lack of meat. I run a business and absolutely understand rising costs but this was skimpy. It won't prevent me from coming back, however, I will ask if I can pay for extra meat next time.
As a true New Yorker, this deli does not compare with any other bagel spot in RVA!!! I literally come every morning, am never disappointed, and they know me by name & order?! A true delicacy of bagels, at its finest shop. I LOVE THIS SPOT!!!

Great bagel and sandwich shop. The bagels are delicious and plenty of variety. All of their sandwiches are delicious, from the breakfast sandwich bagels to their traditional sandwiches. Also, it is a great value, especially the breakfast sandwiches.Make sure to try the black and white cookie!Vegetarian options: I eat here regularly with a vegetarian friend. I don't know a lot about it, but they're able to order a variety of docent things that fit their diet.

Worst Customer service. Starting from the order, the girl taking order seem to be not interested at all in her work. We gave the simplest order still she was not understanding properly. She wrote wrong name for our order so obviously we didn't cared when the wrong name was called. We are sitting right in front of them still they didn't bothered to let us know that it is ours. After 10 minutes the guy brought to-go order to our table saying this was ours (which was sitting there for 10 minutes). We never said it was to-go order still they gave us like that. Obviously bagels were so chewy coz they were sitting packed for 10 minutes. After all this, the 2 girls working there were constantly talking about us and looking at us. Very unprofessional behavior.Edit:Reply to Cupertino's Response: If you asked Damon, you should have asked what name he called for? He called order for Taylor and it was to-go order. I gave name Patel for my order and I never said my order was to-go. I am sure you wouldn't pick up someone else's order if your name wasn't called. Very disingenuous of you of not knowing this fact, right? Now you have a good day!
