At the drive-thru, I specifically asked if this store still had the free mini totes as advertised. The employee confirmed that they did. After I paid $8 for a small drink, and I was handed my items without a napkin and the tote, I inquired again. She looked at me and didn’t know what I was talking about. She asked management and without an apology, said no, they didn’t have them.

Iced coffee is always good but this morning I grabbed a Boston cream donut and the lady at the window dropped it face down in the bag and the icing came right off. 😕
