Eggmania - Authentic Indian Street Food & Egg Delicacies

I’ve ordered my food @ 7:45 PM on a sunday and at checkout I was neither asked for if its a dine or a takeout, just handed the togo box and I asked for plates and which were given but had me questioning if we can have something like Chole samosa chat which would ruin the table and all the graves being sucked into the place.

The person on the counter was worst and full of attitude. While taking the order he took our dine in order as a take out order and when we asked for plates he didn't even have the courtesy to provide good cutlery for dine in and just gave us some light weight paper plates which are usually not the ones anyone would provide even for a take out. Worst experience!

Food is always very good here.
This review is to bring to notice that the Drink delivery order came unsealed with the straw in the drink.
I am assuming that this is how it was handed to the Uber eats person. But also possible that the food delivery person opened the drink.

Given its a good safety issue, the drink had to be thrown away.

this restaurant is next to Royal bazaar.We ordered Achari paneer roll,Keema pav, Malabari Murg tikka and winter special green lasuni keema.Everything was so delicious and fresh.I loved the disposable utensil ideas.Would recommend this place to everyone looking for fresh and yummy snacks and indian curries .🤤

Food is absolutely mediocre. I was soo excited for the pani puri after long time. Felt like they just used the costco version. Plus they make you do all the work of stuffing the potatoes and breaking the shells. You basically pay for the ingredients. Wouldn't recommend.

Been eying this place for a while so finally made a visit today for lunch. Had the chaat and sweet lime soda. The chaat was prepared well and had a good balance. This is usually one of my go-to items when trying out a new place like this. No complaints whatsoever. The lime soda on the other hand...I did not like. First time having this drink and my first taste impression was "hey, this is good." Second taste and smell impression was like, "hey, did they boil eggs in the soda water?" I assume this eggy/sulfur smell is due to the kala namak added. It was not a smell or taste I had anticipated experiencing when drinking what I expected to be partaking of a refreshing drink. I was only able to drink about half before tossing the rest of it. I can still taste and smell the odor well over 2 hours after my lunch. I'd like to think I am pretty well versed in a variety of foods/cultures but this was certainly a first for me. I am not knocking off any "points" on my rating for this, it was obviously made the way it was supposed to be made and I wasn't ready for it.

Clean, quiet, food was prepared fast and the jar of drinking water brought to the table was a welcome addition. Would certainly go there again.

I was commenting to my Indian friend about how I thought Richmond didn’t have stellar ethnic cuisine options when he recommended to try Eggmania. I had originally planned to order some wings for the night, but when an Indian friend recommends an Indian restaurant in Richmond you need to give it a try. Per their recs, I have ordered the Chicken Korma Wrap and the Volcano biryani, both spicy. I love spicy, i but i think I had underestimated my white boy taste buds as man, these dishes were spicy in the best masochistic way possible…I might order medium spicy next time, but nonetheless it was an amazing meal full of flavors. The garlic naan was fluffy and flavorful. Highly recommend 10/10

A lovely place to get a taste of Indian cuisine through halal and vegetarian options. The place was clean and refreshing and the menu had a delightful array of choices! We tried the Chicken Keema roll and Pav Bhaji, and were very happy with them. Will definitely recommend going there!
