This is always a great experience. The menu may be pricey but you get plenty of food. They give you an abundance of fries when you order so a small will do and they are delicious.

I ordered online. The app said to arrive at a certain time and that the food would be ready then. I arrived at that time, but then had to wait 7 more minutes for the food to be ready.
I believe they need to do a better job calibrating the expected ready time with the actual ready time.

The food was great (bacon cheeseburgers, hot dogs) and the order was accurate. The restaurant itself is also clean and well maintained. Finally, the staff are personable and they work well together. Great location for a great franchise.

We usually visit the restaurant at Cox Road, Glen Allen, VA. However, the location off Cabela's Drive, Henrico, VA seems (for some unknown reason) to make a taster Hamburger sandwich.

The food tasted burnt, it took way longer than usual and for some reason they weren’t doing the Classic Combo promotion. The people working there seemed nice enough but this is definitely one of the worst Five Guys locations I have been to.

Five Guys does a great job with their burgers and they have the best fries anywhere. Fresh, cooked right and plentiful. Burgers was cooked with the many fixings, tasty and messy!!! Service was good , polite and proper. Peanuts are a great snack while you wait, take some with you on the way out. Atmosphere was great. Good music, all kinds of people enjoying a weekend out either alone or with kids. It can be expensive but for sure you will be full. Place to go when in the mood for a messy burger and fries. Location at far west, West Broad, does a great job.
Can't beat the juiciness of the burgers the taste of the Cajun fries. Always a big helping of everything

Long time Five Guys fan. Keep it as a treat, as I tend to order large and then eat it all. Should get a single and small fries. Both burgers and fries are worthy of love. I eat half my fries malt vinegar, and the other half w ketchup.

What happen? 5 guys use to be the best burgers. They have obviously changed the burger recipe to the point where the meat tasted like the cheapest Walmart tube ground beef. I won't be back until the original recipe is brought back.
