Just because got gloves on can touch everything and gloves are clean. Watch cook keep touching face, walk out dinning area get drink ( with gloves touching door handles, the drink machine) never taking them gloves off and still handling food.

If you're Gluten Free, Dairy Free and soy free, I've had no issues with the burger as long as there is no cheese, no bun and no mayonnaise. They don't season their meat and it's only beef, no fillers. They only fry french fries, so no cross contamination there either. Just like all the other Five Guys, it's more money than i would like to spend, but i don't have tummy issues after I eat there.

Friendly staff. Clean. Wife loves them. I just wish I didn’t have to wait for French fries after the burgers are good to go. Average total wait time 10-20 minutes depending on how busy they get.

Fresh, delicious burgers and PLENTY of fries!My wife and I stopped in here for a late lunch on a Friday afternoon in November of 2023. It wasn't crowded at all, but it was a bit difficult to find a parking spot.The service was friendly and the burgers were outstanding, as usual. Be ready to share an order of fries as they're always extra generous with the serving sizes.The restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms as well.My only gripe is they're a little pricey AND they have an option to tip for some reason. What exactly am I tipping for?Parking: During peak hours, be prepared to park and walk as there aren't a ton of spots close by.

The staff at this location were friendly and professional. The dining room and restroom really needed to be cleaned though. I'm gluten free so I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with a lettuce bun. I was surprised at how delicious it was. The burger was hot and juicy and the bacon was well cooked, and the lettuce was fresh and crisp. Good burgers are not as inexpensive as they used to be, and this burger was in the middle of the price range. I would definitely visit again based on my experience.Parking: They don't have many handicap parking spacesWheelchair accessibility: The restaurant was totally wheelchair accessible.
I just want to say thank you for the simple, but excellent customer service tonight (11/21)! Everyone was incredibly kind, warm and made me laugh after a frustrating evening. It’s important to me to let people know how a simple hello, friendly smile or joke can completely turn someone’s day around. I already know the burger & fries will be delicious as I’ve gotten food from here before. Thank you guys so much!

This location does really well. The food was good the service was good and the restaurant was clean . The bathrooms were spotless. We ordered burgers and shakes and both were good. I did order a hotdog but didn’t eat it because it was super thick. There is plenty of room to navigate the restaurant and the bathrooms. I have a walker and there was plenty of room.Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of room in the restaurant and the bathrooms to navigate around.

Food has become BEYOND overpriced while the quality has gone down!! $18 for a burger and fries? GTFOH!!! Service is better at McDonald's and they have the nerve to look at your sideways when you don't tip them?!. I'd rather you lower the prices ($5 for a little fry is absurd) and give a reasonable portion than dumping "extra" lukewarm warm fries in the bag that are going to waste anyway!! Used to eat here once a week but after today I definitely will not be back!!
