Not open at 2 in the afternoon bc it snowed a few Inches at 4am. Ruined my lunch break bc I still had to show up to work. Wasted my time coming here now I gotta go back to work without eating. Put a photo up just so they can't claim it was super bad weather clear parking lot and sidewalks

Ordered 2 regular fries, i thought the quantity will be same like McDonald's but I was surprised. 2 regular fries fron Five Guys are like 4 large fries from McDonald's.

5 employees, 3 customers at lunch time. Folks find prices too high. 5 tables needed to be cleaned with employees doing nothing. Too many fries in regular order that just get tossed. Not a good value for the money anymore.

I really hate to have to do this because I love five guys usually but it seems like nothing gets the job done other than reviews thes days this will be the second review of about a person sweeping in an empty restaurant while you’re trying to eat not only was the person sweeping, but they asked us to move so they could sweep under our table and move all our stuff The whole time we ate, he did nothing but sweep and make a bunch of noise I was thinking damn man for real. I just left you a tip so that I could be harassed while I eat not only that the food wasn’t good sad day for America. Can’t find any decent workers.
