THE BEST ICE CREAM EVER!!! I cannot speak highly enough about Gelati Celesti. I moved 5.5 hours away from the Richmond area and this is the only thing that I miss. The ice cream is so creamy and delicious. “Just ask” is my all time favorite, but their birthday flavor is a close runner up. I am so happy that they expanded into the building beside them because there is so much seating now! Owners, if you’re reading this please PLEASE come to the tri-cities area we are suffering...
