Saw several mentions of this place on a Reddit post so figured we would try it out and it did not disappoint. We got a pepperoni pizza and a white pizza and both were delicious.

I called to today to see if they had lean ham opinion. Thats all. Very simple question. We want to build our own Italian cold cut sub. My goodness whomever answered the phone has horrible customer service or they have a bad attitude whatever the case. No greeting no information and no engaging. Not inviting at all. It's sad these days businesses want our service but don't want to serve - deliver exceptional customer service. Won't be ordering from them this New Year eve.

I’m trying to find good authentic pizza as my go to place and this is not it :/ I wanted to like it but the cheese is so cheap and chewy it, gums up in your mouth and the pizza as a whole was honestly a 2/10

Fun little carry-out and delivery pizza place that has delicious pizzas, pastas, and sandwiches. Plus fun desserts! They have definitely become our favorite local pizza place. The PBJ pizza (pepperoni-bacon-jalapeño) is my favorite!

I have been eating Gino’s pizza for about a little more than a year. Their pizza is Delicioso good. It brings me back to when I grew up in The New York style and taste of pizza. The crust of the pizza is very important and they have it down pack to a “T” Once they hand me my pizza pie and I get outside and smell the aroma coming from the box it takes me back home to the The Bronx. The pizza is fresh , the mozzarella cheese is right and the sausage is perfect. When you walk through the doors of Gino’s Pizza the atmosphere is welcoming and they are always polite. This is a family business that is on display when you enter the establishment.. You witness stair steps of a family generation working together to make really good tasting pizza and other delicious food.. I highly recommend a visit to Gino’s Pizza .

The BEST Pizza in Richmond! The crust is perfectly done and full of toppings. We always order enough the have leftovers - it's just that good! Friendly staff and food is ready & hot when we come in to pick-up. FIVE STARS!
