The Korean wings were good but lacked any strong flavor. The ramen was also good but both the Tonkotsu and Miso broths lacked something contrasted with other ramen we have had. Both served with only half an egg and a small plastic spoon for the broth - even when dining in vs takeout. The pork was tasty and the spicy addition to the Miso provided some nice heat.

I absolutely loved this place!! So glad we stumbled upon this restaurant! The people were so kind and the food was awesome! The drinks as well were out of this world! It was a little on the pricey side but they give you a good sized portion! It was also very clean inside! Definitely will be coming back!

The crab rangoon was delicious and the dipping sauce was better than sweet and sour... Maybe a sweet chili sauce? I ordered through door dash and ended up not getting my wings but when I called the store they were so sweet and ready to make it right. I did ended up getting my wings and they threw in some extras for the inconvenience. The wings were good but don't think bonchon. I would say these were like regular chicken wings with a light sauce on them. The spicy is quite mild (my husband actually added hot sauce to his) so I recommend it over the soy garlic. Wendy's spicy chicken nuggs are spicier just for some comparison. They may have been crispier had I eaten them fresh but they didn't have the signature crisp I have come to know and love from Korean fried chicken. I also got the mango snow cap drink and it was delightful! The milk foam was mixed all throughout the drink which contrasted nicely with the mango. Check them out and let me know what you think!

Me and my bestfriend are visiting Va and I was craving tea and spring rolls! She wanted a smoothie ! I got peach berry tea with ex sugar, ex ice , mango , strawberry and lychee jelly !! This is by far the best Tea I've had from any spot !. I also got Passion fruit tea with ex sugar, reg ice , mango jelly and lychee jelly (incase I didn't like the first one)... man oh man ! so amazing ! and the spring rolls!? PERFECT texture and temp! my bestfriend said this is the most smoothiest smoothie she's ever had. we will be back to Va just for this spot !

The ramen broth is cut out of a packet and we found the packet in the ramen. I've had much better ramen at other places. They're charging way too much for sub par ramen.

Went here on a dreary Monday and ate in. It was pretty empty aside from one other person and they left right as my food arrived. They a build-your-own set up for the poke bowls, as well as the ramen and a decent list of appetizers. I got the spicy soy wings, Tonkatsu base ramen w/ pork chashu and a signature brown sugar boba with the milk cap. The wings blew me away, the absolute start of the show. So crispy and the flavor was on point. I'd get them again and again. I also loved my drink. The boba was sooo soft and bouncy. It was very very sweet though, so beware if that's not your thing. The ramen was just okay to me. The broth was thick and rich, but wasn't my favorite Tonkatsu I've tried. The pork tasted good, but was thinner than I imagined, as were the noodles. They serve you in plastic bowls with plastic utensils, which I've never encountered at a ramen spot, unless I ordered to go. The egg was AMAZING. I'd order an extra one next time. The thing I didn't like about this restaurant is that it stinks. I noticed it a little bit when I walked in and ignored it thinking it may have just been all the food smells mixing. But when I ventured further back to the restroom, I was met with even more stench. I don't know if it's coming out of the drains or the vents, but it smells like there's a serious plumbing issue! The bathroom was clean, but I quite literally was holding my breath as I washed my hands because it smelled so rank.

The exterior of this place does not give you an idea as to how spacious, welcoming, and fun the interior of this restaurant is. And, there are a large number of choices to choose from including fried chicken, noodle dishes, soup bowls, ramen, poke, and there's salads and vegetarian, beef, pork, shrimp and crab for all tastes. There's self ordering on tablets or incredibly patient folks at the counter to explain the menu.

Great miso soup. Plentiful amount. Watch out for the spicy sauce. It's extremely hot. Please add shiritaki noodles for a low carb option.

A much larger space than expected. The quality and quantity of the food are excellent for the price. They also have bubble teas, misc Asian appetizers and ramen. Excellent service as well. My only recommendation would be to make the space smell better. Sometimes you feel like you walk in a seafood place even though it is a seafood restaurant

Best Ramen I’ve had in the west end. Only reason it’s not a full 5-stars is because I believe the restaurant itself should be packed and taking reservations. Food is that good and they should make the vibe a bit more upscale. They would crush if they did.

This restaurant was so good. The place was clean and offered both kiosk and cashier ordering. The restaurant offered quite a few photo ops that were so cute. The food selection was awesome but I tried the Pork Chashu Bowl and 2 piece Bulgogi Beef Buns. Both were amazing. The portions are more than enough. The service was amazing and the food came out in a reasonable time. I definitely recommend this place!
