this was by far the best chicken i have ever eaten before !! the chicken was hot and fresh didn’t have to wait long at all for the food to be ready ! very pleased with the customer service and how clean the restaurant was! ♥️

First let me start that I am a Chicken Wing EATER! I am new to the Short pump area and was in the mood for some Wings, I was very disappointed in the quality of the actual meat. They were not even Crispy?? I will not be returning there. I will try this other place called the Cocky Rooster. However, on a good customer service experience the Cashier Elvia was super nice!

I visit the short pump location often, it serves the best spicy and crispy chicken in town, for sure. I like spicy food, so I like choosing the hottest spicy category here. For folks who may not be able to take all the spice, even the mild is good flavorful. I also tried their drinks, yummy !! I highly recommend !!

I took my daughter and one of her friends here before a movie earlier this week(2/14/24) and what a mistake that was. We were in a little bit of a hurry so we figured this may be a decent option…WRONG.The menu was so confusing and it didn’t matter if you picked different things because you were going to get the same type of spice, sweetness of drink, etc…We finally figured out to put our order in and went to sit down to wait, all the tables were dirty with old food, sauces, napkins, and straws. Not sure why because when we walked in, everyone was standing around on their phones, doing nothing ??♂️The food took 30 min.When we got it, it was covered in a powder that was so thick and hot it was basically inedible. I realize it’s “hot chicken”, but when the chicken is covered in raw powder, that just makes it disgusting, and it was…..My daughter and her friend both were sick within 20 min. We walked into the movie theatre and they had to run to the bathroom. They missed most of the movie because they were so sick.My daughter was sick for the following 2 days.DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Besides always being dead, and ordering yourself, be prepared to listen to lots of conversation people are having with others on the phone…employees talking on speaker phone, and playing YouTube and tic tok clips on speaker phone while you try and eat.Worst atmosphere ever.

They know how to do hot chicken here right! I've gotten both the chicken sandwich and chicken tenders here. I go with the spice level of medium, and trust me it is not to be taken lightly. It is really well seasoned, and the spice really does have a good pungent hit to it. It's not spice for spice-sake, but it is good.Definitely check this place out
Literally the best chicken and fries that I've had. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and incredibly juicy. Waffle fries are a perfectly crisp and seasoned as well. The soy garlic sauce for the nuggets was spot on as well. Lastly the atmosphere was great to hang out and enjoy every bite, because you will.

What a great stop for lunch. I had the medium spicy sandwich. It was perfectly spicy for me. The flavor was great and once I finished the chicken dangling off the bun, it got even better with the lettuce, pickle and sauce mixed in.
