The food here is amazing, although it took quite awhile for the food to arrive, but I don’t blame them because that’s expected since it was pretty busy. Our server Timmy was AMAZING!! He was super nice, he brought out everything super fast, overall amazing service! Will be coming here next time!

While my server was nice, my guest and I felt as if our table was being neglected. Seeing tables who came in after us, and ordered after us receive their entire orders before us reeeeeeeally put a damper on our experience. Especially if you add the fact that we were given the wrong sushi rolls at the top of the meal.

I’m not sure if they’re having a rough day or what is going on, but we’ve been sitting for an hour and we keep receiving one small order at a time. If we stayed to get all of our food I’m sure it would take 2+ hours. The one server here needs help.

Been here multiple times but this time around the service was TERRIBLE. Our server wasn't the main issue, it was the people bringing out the food that was the problem. Our server would disappear for a long time and not really check in with us as much as we'd like, but he was nice and probably busy so we were willing to overlook that. They brought out the wrong order multiple times and would insist we ordered it. Then they would bring our order to other tables around us without asking if it was ours. They would not take any of the empty plates or bowls unless we asked them. And it got to a point where we had to wait FOREVER to get our food, over 30 mins.
A table next to us even lost it and made a scene in the restaurant which was completely justified. And another table looked like they got a meal for free due to not receiving their meal.
Just ANNOYING and an AWFUL experience overall. Very VERY disappointing.

Me and my wife went to Sushi Masa July 23rd around around 2pm expecting to get lunch which was supposed to be like $10 cheaper per person from 11am to 3pm . Being new to the place we weren't aware there was sperate menus for lunch or dinner nor were we asked if we were there for lunch or dinner. Not knowing that information we was surprised when we received the bill and it was more than we expected to pay due to the lack of communication from the person seating us .When I brought it up to the waiter that day she stated that we ordered from the dinner menu but when we stated to her we didn't know any diff she just didn't care . But to avoid a public argument we just paid the bill. So a few days later when we got back from our trip I called to speak to a manger and they stated there was no manager on duty . So I explained to the lady on the phone what happened and she asked me all these questions like who took our order , who was the waitress, what did she look like , and did we order off the dinner menu. She called back later and asked me for a receipt and wanted me to come in to the store the next day . The next day came and I called the store and I asked for a manger again but like last time they weren't there . I didn't wanna leave a review but I tried to talk to someone to get this handled. I just feel that when a restaurant wants you to come in to show your face they just wanna know who's food to spit in if they see them again. But the amount that we paid for lunch we could have gone somewhere else and it would have paid for a 3rd person. Don't get me wrong the food was great but the lack of training and communication and not being able to speak with a manger is the big issue
