Another 4 star review for Tacos El Patron. Birria tacos...if you've never had them, you're missing out on some stewed beef taco goodness. Tortillas dipped in the broth, fried up, sandwiched with cheese, and stuffed with meat...DROOL. I've ordered here for take-out twice and couldn't be happier with the product. One or two tacos are enough for me as they are quite large. I've tried a couple of other tacos but wished I had just ordered the birria instead....
We met our friends at Hutch the other night for happy hour and dinner. Service was prompt but not pushy which allowed us to chat a while before deciding what to order. The menu has a generous assortment of appetizers, entries and other inspiring items to satisfy most everyone. The price points for the menu were quite reasonable. Our server periodically checked on us and accommodated our requests promptly.
App: Mini chicken biscuit bites (probably differnet name on the menu) - amazing. Entree: pulled pork Benny. The poached eggs were overdone but everything else was delicious. Dessert: Bailey's Irish Cream Cake. Good flavor but the cake was dense and dry with hard icing. Very disappointing.
