Jackie's Restaurant Southern Style Cooking

Today my husband and I went to Jackie’s and enjoyed our dinner. First let me say, the customer service is definitely top tier. The staff was nothing but amazing everybody was amazing. Let me tell you the food the BEST around . I’ve been going to Jackie’s for years and never had anything bad everytime I went the food and service was on point. We feel like family when we go. Relaxed an just a good vibe the entire time. I want to say Ms. Carleen keep up the amazing work you do each day you are doing an amazing job and you have the best staff.

The liver and onions was excellent and I added an extra piece of catfish which was also perfect.
Marcus was our server and made very good recommendations and brought our food out immediately.
The entire dining experience was definitely 5 star!

I found my favorite new soul food spot in Richmond! The collard greens and candied yams are amazing. The fried chicken is 10/10. I can’t wait to come back!

1 hour and 40 mins wait for a to go chicken and whiting plate , that was only warm (not fresh or had been sitting) is completely insane.

I had the pleasure of spending my birthday with my family and friends at Jackie's . The time I enter the building it was smiles and and open arms .. The food and service was awesome . I will be returning back ..

The weekend parking is a challenge especially for a birthday celebration. My catfish was fried just right for me. Mac&cheese will never disappoint.
