Do not buy any Gift Card through Jamba Juice Company this location does not accept any Gift Card. Our Daughter bought her brother a 20 dollar gift card for his birthday through JAMBA JUICE and this store refuses to honor it and will not accept it. The owner is clueless as to why we are upset. They stole 20 dollars from our Daughter.

I ordered a smoothie bowl from here and was under the impression that the toppings would be fresh fruit (that’s what is stated on the website)My blueberries were noticeably frozen and the strawberries looked like they were scooped out of a jam or preserve jar because they were dark red, syrupy and clumped together. Even the advertised pictures on their Instagram show fresh fruit so I’m a bit confused. The bowl didn’t taste bad just not what I was anticipating.I don’t think I’ll come back because of the misleading item descriptions.

Best smoothie place in Richmond. Never disappoints. 10 times better than Tropical Smoothie. Reminds me of the old Greensboro location which was also excellent.

I love this place so much. The staffs are very nice, notably the gentlemen who works during the morning shift! He puts so much care into my smoothie bowl to the point where it just looks too nice to eat. As someone who cannot have dairy, you can’t go wrong with their vanilla blue sky or smooth talkin’ mango! I’m happy a local Facebook group recommended them to me :-)

I was in Short Pump around noon today and decided to part from my usual drink, coffee. The young man working at the counter knew what I wanted when I mentioned just 2 ingredients. Wow...glad I switched it up today! Amazing drink that I can’t wait to enjoy again and very welcoming, friendly employee.
