Loved their chicken and beef kabobs combo. It came with rice, naan, cholay and salad on the side. It was yummy. I just wished the chicken was a bit more tender as it was very hard to chew other than that I have no complains!

I came from far away - the owner had put away 3 portions of Pakistani Sarsoon ka saag and making ke rooting, Yummmy. He was so kind, gave us a large parathyroid with with saag in it for our dinner. I am in Heaven 😋😋😋😋

I ordered a Chapli Kebab combo last night for home. Since then, everyone at home has been going to the toilet frequently, and one of us had severe gas issues, which only came under control after taking gas relief tablets. Maybe it’s not a healthy item for everyone.

It was take away today , ordered for lahori chicken karahi , they put like 8 neck bones not even one leg piece. When I called her, there was a Spanish lady and I am sure she is not aware of Pakistani taste even the name of dishes , she said she doesnt have time for complaints, isnt it your business??? And feedbck is not welcome even its a complaint

I had a very unpleasant experience at Kebab Place Richmond and unfortunately cannot recommend it to anyone. This restaurant, which serves Pakistani cuisine, completely missed the mark in terms of food quality, service, and overall hygiene. From the moment I entered, the ambiance felt uninviting, and things only went downhill from there.
The food itself was extremely disappointing — poorly prepared, lacking flavor, and had a strong, unpleasant smell that made it hard to even continue eating. What was truly alarming is that despite ordering vegetarian food, it was mistakenly served with beef. This is a serious issue, especially for customers with dietary restrictions or religious beliefs. It reflects a lack of care and attention in the kitchen, and I felt deceived and disrespected as a customer.
There was no accountability or proper explanation from the staff. Instead, I felt as though I was being misled and taken lightly. The experience left a really bad impression, and I regretted choosing this place. For anyone looking for authentic or quality South Asian food in Richmond, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
Sadly, this visit was a mistake I won’t repeat. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this restaurant.
