All around good experience great food great service. Precy but worse than worth the money. Everyone that we interacted with went over and above went the extra mile to ensure that we were taken care of our allergies were addressed that servers were very attentive.

I am currently sitting in the restaurant. It has been almost 1.5 hours since our reservation began and we are being told it will be 15 more minutes until they even have a chef for us.

While the food was good and atmosphere as well, and even the wait staff and chefs were excellent, the customer service rating suffers because of management, Ian.
We had a party of 14 to celebrate two birthdays and the power went out and never came back on. While this wasn’t his fault, the way that he handled things after was the issue. He proceeded to have food cook (without power) and then tells us at the end that they had no way of taking payment but cash. The whole block was out of power. He also proceeded to speak with staff and telling them that “we just have to figure it out.” He even wanted us to write our credit card information down to run later. In 2025, when scammers are running rampant?!
I’m disappointed in the disposition he carried then and with us until mention of reviews and safety came up. I hope that after this time of losing power, he takes from this experience that he needs a better system or better yet back up electronic method to take funds and choose how he speaks of his customers when he thinks they aren’t around better. Hats off to his staff though. They were awesome, polite and of great service.

Doors opened and the people were there but no help. Bad business
Kabuto’s is my favorite restaurant! But, my last experience was very disappointing. Part of the experience is to watch the show. But because there was a couple at the other end of the table (not with us), who brought babies with them, they did absolutely nothing. No fire, no volcano, absolutely nothing. Apparently they had asked the waitress if “the cook” could be quiet. I feel in this case, either don’t bring the infants, or sit alone at a table. This was not fair to the other customers. It was our 35th anniversary and I feel like we missed out on our experience.
Service was amazing, food was to die for, very good place for special occasions

Extremely slow and understaffed for a Saturday evening. Told we had a 10-15 minute wait which turned to at least 45 minutes. Once seated, there were a limited number of wait staff and only 1-2 hibachi chefs servicing every table. We were provided seated about another 45 minutes waiting for our cook. Food was good but shouldn't take 2.5 to 3 hours to eat.

Worst dining experience I’ve had in a while. The host stated the wait would be 10-15 minutes which ended up being 40 minutes with the host coming to us multiple times saying he would be seating us in a few minutes. Then waited another hour for a chef to come to our station with a few other people at our table leaving in the meantime. The chef didn’t introduce himself, didn’t smile once, didn’t do the fun experience type things like tossing shrimp etc. had to flag down the waitress multiple time to get any sort of refills but she came with the check as soon as the food was given to us. Wouldn’t have been a problem but gratuity was included. Food was okay but atmosphere and staff were very subpar.

The wait time was unbelievable, half the party had their food and ate while our food was finally being cooked. The amount of money I was charged for two, with barely any food on the plate. I can literally count my vegetables on my plate. The picture is my whole plate, because I didn’t eat any of it. $42 for shrimp and scallops and that’s all I had in that box.
$36.00 combination for two
Great experience, chief was great and funny. The food was delicious. The staff is very friendly.
