Horrible subs last night. I did an online order of a 12" Steak n cheese, 6" steak n cheese and a 6" chicken. The chicken wasn't horrible but they put no mayo on it. But my steak n cheese was the worst sandwich I've ever had. I honestly didn't even taste steak on the sub at all. And crazy part was for basically 2 subs for delivery was $41.00. Then because it was raining, I gave the driver an extra $5 tip. So dissapointing. My 1st and last time.

During my very first visit at Marco’s Pizza on Laburnum Lee and Tony was very professional and funny and insured me Marcos is the best pizza around. I must say their customer service was outstanding I can’t lie. This pizza is highly recommended and I will be a returning customer For my family

Did an online order and when the food arrived part of my order was missing … the doordasher informs me that they hadn’t started on the Italian sub I ordered and someone else would be delivering it shortly after. I waited 30 mins then called the Marcos on south laburnum. I have been on hold for 20 mins and no one has answered so I hung up and tried calling again waited 5 more minutes on hold and just gave up …

I ordered 3 times with Grubhub and every time there has been an issue. Items missing, not what I ordered and the box or bag is not sealed. Please improve Marco’s!!!
Walked in to order and people sitting in cooking area earing and carrying on instead of focusing on customers. Had to repeat myself several times over the carrying on and cashier still got it wrong. Will think very hard before stepping in this place again. Place was dirty and restroom broke.

This location is not very professional. I received coupons in the mail only for them to tell me I couldn’t use them. Tried to call and place an order and the woman who answered the phone seemed like she didn’t like her job at all and was distracted (must of been the loud inappropriate music in the background). When I finally told her what I wanted to order she told me that what I see online is not what I can order over the phone or in store. Super misleading! What’s the point of sending coupons and advertising a deal when you can’t even order it the way the coupon/deal says? I won’t be ordering from this location and probably won’t be ordering from Marcos ever again.

This is maybe my third time going into this location and every time I go in there’s 2-4 individuals behind the counter playing. Today I walk in and there for individuals behind the counter. One stage gave a uniform on, so I’m not even sure if he worked there or not because soon as I came in and waited to be greeted he walked from behind the counter and left. The other three Indians looked at me as if I was suppose to greet them and hand them their pizza order. The service just isn’t up to par at this location. Also, I’ve had to recut my pizza after I receive it because it’s barely cut into slices. If you’re looking to just get your pizza and get out, that’s certainly what you’ll get. Unlike the Short pump location or the VCC location where they greet you, smile, and provide excellent customer service.

Very Disgusted by the employees at this location on Laburnum Avenue. Called in a order only to arrive and see 3 of the employees standing in front the store smoking cigarettes. One came out the store with his gloves on touching the door handle with the same gloves he just prepared food with. These food places need to practice good sanitation. I called back to speak with the manager. He didn't give a damn about what I was sharing with him. Unless you want food from a place that don't practice hand washing and sanitation don't go to this location.
