I was there with a group of six on a prime Saturday evening and the place was packed. The waitress was most accommodating and pleasant. However, she had to apologize multiple times as our drink order didn’t arrive until after the appetizers and main course arrived. The food was quite good but the bar was woefully slow. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, just keep the drink order simple and be prepared for a possible wait for the sippies! (Melito’s, you need to hire more adequate staff for the busier nights!!!!)

My husband and I wanted to try their famous hotdogs. What a disappointment! We got the Junkyard dogs and fries. Mostly bun and coleslaw. The fries tasted like the freezer kind you buy in the grocery store. The restaurant was so cold that we couldn't get comfortable. We would not go back.

It’s a great local place. Lots of dinner specials. They are definitely a step up from bar food. They also have some very simple meals like two hot dogs. In good weather there’s an outside dining area. There’s also a back room for private dining of us small group.

I went to Melito's for lunch and ordered the Turkey, Bacon, Avocado sandwich. The food was delicious, the portions were massive enough that I only ate half and took the other half home for another meal. I was delighted at the variety of their menu and the warm, yet cozy atmosphere of the restaurant. I will definitely be returning!
