We changed our minds about an order while still in the process of placing our order at the drive-through. As soon as we asked if we could change an item, they said no because it was already made. They eventually agreed to allow us to change our order. We had to wait for another item - why if they have food ready seconds after you say the item outloud?

Evening pickup at drive-through, picked up order for two, plate for each person. When I got home, saw that both orders were wrong, mine had BOTH of the meat choices wrong and one I was given was a shrimp item. I am allergic to shrimp. Took the order back to this location. Manager said it could not be replaced because I left with it, and they were low on the items I had requested. I should have been told that when I placed the order. Was forced to purchase a whole new order.

Food is fine, it's panda express. But every single time I come here, invariably, the people in the drive thru ignore me. When I greet them? No response. When I say thank you? No response. When I get to the window and say hello and thank you? No response. If I say have a good day? No response. I work in the service industry, I'm not some angry old lady, I'm just asking for the most basic level of manners. A "you're welcome" would suffice.

Team rushes you when you try to order. Inside needs a good cleaning.
Come in and pick up for what reason? Y'all are not a restaurant. This is a FAST FOOD chain. Food needs to be fast and thru the window. No other place does this. Very annoying!

Food is good, but I recently learned I have a gluten intolerance and found out that Panda Express has nothing on their menu (according to the employees at this location) that is gluten free.

We came for a carry out order. The store was extremely busy, which was not a problem. My husband waited for about 7 minutes while customers were served in front of us (again not a problem). When the two employees were finished serving the previous two customers, they returned to the beginning of the line (where my husband and I were standing patiently). The two employees proceeded to pull and prepare incoming online orders without so much as a hello, greeting, or “we will be with you in a minute.” Highly unprofessional and indicative of poor customer service. Waiting was not the issue but being treated like we were invisible is unacceptable and not what we expect nor will accept. We walked out with the intention of never visiting again. A business that ignores customers is not deserving of our patronage.

Hi all,I am not recommending food lovers for this location, Bcz poor customer service, I was there 30min before closing time, one of the staff trying to make me rush and not serving me well. They don’t treat customers as a customer. I believe customers are god for any business but not for panda.Thank you.

Out of white rice, my beef and broccoli has 2 small pieces of beef in the whole order and was ice cold, my shrimp taste fish and old. Woman who took my order couldn't have been any more rude if she tried. Crab ragoons are about the only thing edible in my whole meal.What a waist of money. If I managed this place I'd seriously consider who they let interact with there customers if they care to keep them.
