I love Lessas Cakes! New management is extremely kind and their cakes are delicious! Very fair prices too!The place is clean, and the employees are very professional! New management is definitely going to turn this place around into something amazing. Wish I had pictures to share, the cake I bought was gorgeous! Definitely will come back. Wish I could give more stars.

I had been wanting to check this place out and did so over the weekend a d have never felt so out of place. The young lady behind the counter was waiting on another customer of Asian decent, they were served. After waiting and not having anyone acknowledge my presence I walked out. I guess you have to be of their kind to be served. Guess I will never know how good they are. Won't be back. be

New ownership and not very together with what they offer. Was told on phone half sheet cake was 50 but then we picked out stuff out of template book and then she told us it was 110.$ per half sheet cake and all we ordered was a standard cake with icing and characters sitting on top.

Since I was traveling from out of state I read several reviews and contacted a few bakeries around the Richmond area looking for someone to assist me with a half and half cake (celebrating 2 birthdays). I spoke with Natalia and she understood what I needed and offered suggestions to fit my cake request. I took a leap of faith and decided to order without actually being there in person and sampling their product. The ordering process to the last crumb of the cake was superb. 5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH for level of customer service, price, decor and taste of the cake!!!!! Thank you so much for helping me amd my family make a wonderful memory with one of the best cakes ever!

The best cake I had in a while. I got a tres leche for my son birthday and it was so tasty . Everybody was asking for that. I added my cake toppers on the cake. I will definitely be going to try their custom order cake next time.

Had them bake a cake for my manager of 11 years who was leaving my employ. It was delicious and beautifully prepared. I would most definitely recommend Paocakes Bake Shop.
Excellent service. I ordered a custom made cake for my friend and Paola was super accommodating and she gave me specific instructions as to what to do, reasonable timeframe and estimate once I knew what I needed. I sent the photo via text and she did exactly what I needed. Needless to say, everything here is super delicious!
