-⭐ Very Disappointing Experience – Terrible Service
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Papa John’s Pizza located at 8903 Patterson Ave, Henrico, VA. The level of customer service was unacceptable. The employee was rude, unprofessional, and clearly did not want to help.
When I asked for a sauce for my wings, he flat-out refused to give it to me, with no explanation or courtesy. It felt disrespectful and unnecessary, especially for such a simple request. The attitude alone made the experience unpleasant and uncomfortable.
The overall condition of the store was just as bad. The place looked messy and dirty, which immediately raised concerns. The ingredient area and coolers were left open, and the toppings and cheeses looked old, dry, and far from fresh. It did not look sanitary or safe for food preparation.
Between the rude behavior, refusal to provide basic items like sauce, poor food quality, and lack of cleanliness, this location was a complete letdown. This was not the quality or service I expect from Papa John’s. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location to anyone.

We came to this this branch twice and the manager who is working here he’s an old man with a white beer. He almost opened the strongly in my friends face and told us you can come inside by just like rude way after that we got inside and we told him why you did that he told us OK OK if you wanna go just go don’t come here that was very rude from him. This is not the first time it happens with himand he told us they’re gonna call the police for you and I don’t know what we did to him our cameras are recording as well. This store is very bad. This is not the first time to do that and we told them we’re gonna call the owner and he said I don’t care about the owner.

The old lady was really rude to her employer and to me as customer! On Monday night .

I was visiting town when I visited this location 2 days ago. My issue is with the man who was working til close 2 nights ago. I called in to make an order and couldn't hardly make out what he was saying, and told him this. He proceeded to grunt and reposition tbe phone, I told him I wanted a L Cheese pizza, he proceeds to make me confirm that I want a L Cheese pizza 3 times, then places me on a hold, comes back and doesn't say anything for 2 minutes before asking me a fourth time if it was a L Cheese pizza I wanted to order. Furthermore, I got there and the door was locked, he saw me standing outside freezing multiple times and didnt let me in. When I finally got inside, he nastily asks what name is on the order, which I stated that he never asked and it was a L Cheese pizza. He then rolls his eyes and hands me rhe pizza. Is this what the owner allows to work for him?

The big girl was extremely rude when she made my order wrong. I let her know she rolled her eyes to have to remake it. She needs to be fired.

This store is absolutely wonderful, Monica specifically was such a tremendous help with my order!!
I ordered carryout pizza from this location several times. The service could not have been better. Even though we were in the middle of a snowstorm they made every effort possible to deliver carryout pizzas until it became quite dangerous for the drivers. You cannot ask for more dedication than that. Also they were willing to bring the pizza to my room in the hospital when they usually just bring it to the lobby. I explain to them my particular circumstances that made it impossible for me to go downstairs to pick it up. I thought it was incredibly nice of them that they were willing to comply. One time when I placed an order something was not delivered. When I spoke with the manager he was incredibly sorry and wanted to do everything possible to make it up to me. He did that by not only seeing that I was delivered my missing item pronto but by slightly upgrading my item. You cannot ask for more than that. The pizzas were very good and I would definitely order more. I ordered cheese pizzas and vegetable pizzas and I was very pleased with both.

We ordered delivery. Our order was in the preparation status for over half an hour. When our food finally got here, our Pepsi had obviously been opened. The seal was broken and some of the Pepsi was missing. The pizza is the consistency and temperature of a pizza that was clearly ready to go out closer to the beginning of that 30 minute period and just left to sit. This location is usually so good. It's such a shame.
