It was only so-so. The menu was limited, the service was decent enough, I guess, and the food was okay but unmemorable (except for the Hush Puppies, which I'll remember for being heavy and greasy). I expected more and got less.

On 11/24/24 I went to Pier 88 just to have a good seafood boiled, which I ordered the seafood boiled lobster with a add on snow crab legs, well when I go my order the legs was so so small that I knew they were baby crabs and I was not satisfied knowing I was to pay over 33.00 for the lobster and an add on in total about 45.00 before taxes. I asked for a larger snow crab but was told it was the best they had. The manager or cooked said that they need to bag back to take the crabs legs out and when it was returned they had switched my bag. Mind you this came with sausage and an egg. They were upset because I didn't want the baby crabs and switched my bag twice. The manager came over and tried to assist me and suggested the dungeons and I was good with that but they switched the bags again and for got my sausages and the owners was upset with me expressing my concerns that they felt I have now wasted the baby crabs legs that were sent back so now I didn't get my sausages and the I was frustrated with the whole deal and decided to go home with bag in tow. Well when I tried to eat it today I've noticed that they put a how lot of salt into my bag with rice that it was pure trash. Twisted Crab, Crustacean and any other seafood restaurants will get my black hard earned money because clearly they show me how they feel about ME. Never again. Salt =High Blood Pressure. I am Done.

I tried C3 snow legs boil bag. Son tried their wings. They allow substitutions which is a plus. The flavors were wonderful. The server was fast, professional, and polite.

I believe his name was Martin he was very customer friendly he made sure he didn’t forget about us and went the extra mile however he food taste wasn’t it for us
