On Wednesday evening, my boyfriend and I decided to go dine at this restaurant. We had never had any problems before, as everyone was usually very nice. However, it was completely different this time as three employees, including our waiter, proceeded to make fun of how I ate my food. They were making jokes in Spanish, not knowing I was fluent in the language. It was very devastating and disgusting to see how they mistreat people who come in and spend money on their food. -100/10, it was an AWFUL experience.

The service was outstanding and made the dining experience that much more enjoyable. The food came quick, was very good and was delivered by there robot server which was unique.
Super fun environment. They have little robots that bring your food out! All the servers are very sweet and attentive. More upscale than most Mexican restaurants but in a good way! Still very casual.

We have eaten at 2 Las Palmas in Virginia Beach and we must say this is the best one by far. The food is excellent, the staff go over & beyond to make sure your visit is a good one. The manager Fernando is the Best & friendliest manager I've ever met. If in Richmond area this place us a must.

I'm so sad I wasn't able to eat my food or the leftovers due to emotional stuff but the few bites I did take were delicious and it was so beautiful the food, the environment and the waiter was very kind and they have these cute robots with cat ears they bring your food ? ??Vegetarian options: Vegan tacos and more I ordered the vegan tacos and it was large portioned and delicious

Food delivered quickly and hot via an automated robot. Everyone friendly but gets a little noisy at night. Went back later that year and restaurant management had acted upon previous customer reviews and did a major remodel. Chairs and tables easier to move, salsa very flavorful, and no longer as noisy at night.Vegetarian options: Menu options with or without meat.Parking: Parking is right by the door. Handicapped accessible.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a dip in the ramp for walker or wheelchair accessibility.

This was our first visit, the Friday before Christmas. The food was absolutely delicious. We loved the salsa. Our service was prompt, friendly, and properly attentive. Going to be our go to Mexican restaurant.

Great family night out. Nice atmosphere, very good quality food, but a little salty. Margherita was good as well. Very attentive server brought lots of chips/salsa and checked back often. Kids loved the robot delivering the food to tables.We got Three tacos, combos no. 5 & 7, and kids combo. Large regular Margherita only $12. Highly recommend all of the above meals.
